I got my Ab Circle Pro two weeks ago. I have used it for two weeks and love it. The first couple of days I did have some kinks. First of all I am not used to being on my knees. So after my first workout my knees were really sore. My back, neck butt, abs, thighs....they were all sore! After the first couple of times using it I feel so great....my body feels awesome! The soreness does go away! I did purchase knee pads and I also turn the knee pads on the machine upside down so that my knees do not slip out of the machine when I get sweaty. After those adjustments, I am in love with this machine! It really works your whole body, and it's a good workout....it has to be if after 5 minutes you start sweating! I admit that I use it for twenty minutes a day and have lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks. I was very skeptical at first, but now I'm finally seeing results on my stomach! I just had a baby 7 months ago and this machine is awesome at slimming your waste.

I don't like to exercise, but I have kept with this. I have been using it going on 3 weeks. I does actually tone up abs, obliques, thighs and butt. I haven't lost but a couple of pounds. But, I must say I do feel great. I find I have a lot more energy since I began using it. This really has been worth it.

I have just completed my month trial with the ab circle pro and it works for me. Friends tell me I've lost weight, the mirror shows my stomach muscles have more definition and I feel much fitter. I have two suggestions though; 1) spread vaseline on the track to allow a full sweep and 2) exercise in sets (I prefer 10 x 40 sweeps) to ease the pressure on your knees. Ten minutes each evening while watching television has made a real difference.

I got the ab circle. I am 34 overweight and out of shape. This machine holds up to 250lbs. I barely made it. I have had it since April but, I havent used it everyday. I am going to start using it everyday. I do feel it works your arms, legs,abs, and butt. So I am going to continue to use it everyday to see what results I will acheive. Hope this helps.

I just got my Ab Circle Pro in the mail, and the assembly was a lot easier than I thought it would be, but I cannot watch the DVD and would like to have more information than provided in the owners manual.
I've used it twice for 3 minutes in the last 6 hours and am feeling it all over. I know it's going to work, but wonder where I can find further written instruction?
