I don't like to exercise, but I have kept with this. I have been using it going on 3 weeks. I does actually tone up abs, obliques, thighs and butt. I haven't lost but a couple of pounds. But, I must say I do feel great. I find I have a lot more energy since I began using it. This really has been worth it.

I've been looking around for an inexpensive way to get the Ab Circle Pro in Australia. I can imagine that if the company even ships here, it would probably be a massive shipping charge. Hope they get here soon.

I got the ab circle. I am 34 overweight and out of shape. This machine holds up to 250lbs. I barely made it. I have had it since April but, I havent used it everyday. I am going to start using it everyday. I do feel it works your arms, legs,abs, and butt. So I am going to continue to use it everyday to see what results I will acheive. Hope this helps.

I like it but can't watch the DVD

I just got my Ab Circle Pro in the mail, and the assembly was a lot easier than I thought it would be, but I cannot watch the DVD and would like to have more information than provided in the owners manual.

I've used it twice for 3 minutes in the last 6 hours and am feeling it all over. I know it's going to work, but wonder where I can find further written instruction? smilies/cool.gif

After years of frustration, I'm finally able get a good core workout. It's not easy for fat, old girls to get down on the floor to exercise, and then there's getting up . . . Really appreciate the help!

As a fitness professional I'm always looking for new ways to motivate my clients. I find the Ab Circle Pro is something everyone enjoys because it's different, fun and gets people to enjoy working hard on their abs which is always a tough sell.

Its good and fun to use, but i did not lose the weight as mentioned on the tv ads. It does however tone up your abs thighs and butt.
