More than an ab workout

I saw this equipment at my gym and couldn't believe I could get my own. This Ab Solo machine is really a great tool not only for the abs, but for much of the upper body because it integrates the medicine balls. Plus, you can use these balls for many other exercises (just go online to see). We bought one!
