Works fantastic!! really surprised!! Bought another for my sons house!! be careful use the safety holder blades are extremely sharp can slice potatoes thinner then a piece of paper!!

Really horrible treatment

I was surprised to see a whopping charge of over $220 on my creditcard. I called up the company only to find out that these idiots billed me for 3 upgraded sets. I ordered one set! They will not fix the problem. Didn't receive a confirmation email on the order or the shipment so that I could have reviewed it. To start with, the order was never reviewed to me when I placed it because the call cut off during the ordering process. I received no follow up call to confirm the order. Now I have to pay shipping fees for something which was never my fault to start with. I feel abused and I hope none of you get the same treatment. I will surely tell my friends about the horrible customer service from the company. Shoppers, beware. They say they can't review my order! So I have no recourse to take. I cannot support customer abuse and neither should the public. This company sucks. Buyers beware and don't get hurt like I did.

Don't buy it!

The chopper or 'food processor' blades work well... maybe even too well. Spin the blades around too many times and you almost have soup, while only looking to have a salsa like consistence.
But the julienne and grating blades are awful. They are no where near sharp enough to cut potatoes or squash.

I was skeptical but needed a bigger chopper. This ChefDini did the trick. It really works well and chops up a lot of stuff in a single batch.
