I had orderd the red circle machine ,it worked ,but because i have a bad back,i stopped using it,so i ordered the contour,and surprisingly ,the first day of trying it ,my pants started to get loose,and after a while i had to put another hole in my belt.this devise really works.after a month of using it ,i started getting a six pack definition on my stomach.I found out drinking sodas,fruit juices,pepsi colas,is no good for abs,because of the high fructose syrup in it.Any kind of pork ,has to much fat,and it just seams to lay there ,and it a longer work out,to ge rid of it.Please do not drive,while having this on ,because the setting could move to a higher level,and you could get in a acccident trying to bring it down.The only one problem i have,is the two wire connecters,that snap in ,have shorts in them in,right behind the plugs.

I have been really putting in some thought of this ab belt. I would really like the whole price cause I hate payments. I get made fun of because I wont step outside without a shirt on and I stopped going to the pool cause people would just stare at me. I am willing to try this belt.

We got the contour ab belt almost a year ago. My husband said the first time that he put it on, he could feel it working immediately. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first, I mean after 3 children...I thought there is no way a little belt was going to get my abs/stomach flat again. I continued to use the belt every other night until I found out we are expecting again. Atleast now I know I have the proper tool that I need to get my stomach back in shape once our wonderful blessing from God arrives & I won't even have to wait....except for the doctors release. I believe that I am most excited to know that I'll be able to work on my abs while doing many other "new mommy" requirements at the same time. I definitely encourage any & everybody to get one of these. Exercise while doing as little as possible...hahaha!!!

I am in the process of trying to decide whether I should buy a contour belt or not. I had a C-section 18 years ago and quite naturally my abdominals have never been the same. I would love to feel confident in my bathing suit. I have all this extra skin that makes me feel so uncomfortable. I love to exercise and have tried everything. My friend has a contour belt and she loves it. She wears it to maintain her long lean build. I have a very short torso; so every pound shows.
I'm just a little skeptical about the belt. I would love to hear from other women who have had a C-section and have tried the contour belt. smilies/cool.gif

i have diabetes & with all the shots i do in my stomach it leaves so much scar-tissue my stomach literally sticks out like i have a babybump coming in. it's embarassing & i've tried almmost everything, i want to look skinny & beautiful not bumpy & gross.)': hopefully when i get my contour in the mail & start using it, it will emediatley show results..

I have used this product for over a month or two and,this product is no scam.Right a way when using this product, you can actually feel and see your stomach moving and vibrating and exercising and burning fat all at the same time.This unit is awesome.The first day i used it ,i lost so much weight ,i had to put another hole in my belt.The only big problem to me is ,after a month or so depending on your usage,the pads began to stop sticking and desolve .Thanks a lot contour.

I was wanting to buy one of the contour belts to help with my belly fat but I was wondering that if I get it and I get the results that I am looking for and I stop ousing it will my muscles loose the tone and definition that I got from useing it or is this something that I would have to do everyday to keep the results

I put on the belt as soon as I got it. I don't like how the pads stick to you but after 15 minutes, my abs feel like I've been doing major sit ups. What would be major for me anyhow. I started at 8% and it felt like my muscles cramped so I kept it 2%-4%. For me this is perfect for the few day. Maybe more fit users may need a more high setting. They said the pads should last for 30 sessions but I doubt they will.

I have had the belt for about 6 weeks. I started to use it at level 30 or 35, and there was a little difference. For the last 2 weeks, I have gone up to level 85 and it works much better. I did not want to firm my stomach, I wanted to lose weight on my stomach, and although I don't think the belt is designed to lose weight, it has made a difference.

This is the second of this type unit that I have purchased. The first was Slendertone then I saw Contour advertised. It seemed more substantial and I was correct it is made like a large T.E.N.S unit that you see in Doctors offices or rehab units of hospitals. And it was exactly that. I am very pleased with my unit and as funds allow, I would like to get all the attachments, especially the core due to a fracture in my back and many screws this will be the only way I can exercise those muscles. Thanks for coming up with a better product.

I purchased my ab belt some months ago along with the back treatment belt. It worked for me to alimanate spasum. I use it several times a week. I follow instructions, adjust it to the proper program, push the button and lay back and relax, no mor spasums. This is not a scam, I am not paid by anyone. I just use it as it is directed, told my doctor what I was using he said continue as long as it is working.

I have one and have used it about 3 weeks. I am also on a new diet. I'm not sure about how much it has helped but I like it. I'm 5 6 and was 198. Now I'm 185 so I'm going to keep using it. I am doing 45 minutes a day on level 35. The diet was the biggest help but the contour is
helping work on the bellyfat, which is where all my extra weight hangsout.

My 20th High School Reunion is coming up and the organizer thought it would be cute to have a family day at the beach with all the kids and hang out like we were back in school. My goal is to have a awesome body that all of the guy's from high school that didn't give me the time of day won't stop talking about me until the our 50th reunion. So I am using the contour abs to finish off what I've been working on for the last year. My abdomen are so amazing that my girl friend got one to work off her belly fat after the birth of her twins. Because she said with the 2 little one who has time for crunches. My workout slogan was "sweat was fat leaving the body" now I think I need to come up with a new one.
