These glasses absolutely have design defects to break so easily without abuse.
So, is someone who works for this company could add a metal piece to the molding of the frames to stabilize the top and keep it from breaking, or change the frame materials to be more like safety glasses--more durable, while leaving the lenses alone. The lenses really are the key to the glasses! I'd still buy them if these changes were made.
