I ordered the I Know Key and it worked great for about six months. Then I started receiving an error message stating, "Run-Time Error '75': Path/File Access Error." Customer Service sent me a new I Know Key, but I got the same error message when I tried to record. Customer Service offered to send me a pre-addressed label to return the product and obtain a refund. I'm happy with Customer Service for being so accommodating, but I would prefer to have a working product than a refund.
