Pleased with Results But Needs More Exercises

Hey, I bought a shake weight and (while it took me a while to motivate myself to start doing it) once I started doing the exercise daily, I was thrilled with the results. It is a really intense workout, you can feel it in your arms, and I was able to notice the results within the first couple of week. I do wish they had more exercises though. I think Shake weight would benefit from having a few additional exercises posted on their site for people who want to move beyond just the standard three.

I have to tell you I'm only 12 and this thing really burns after 6 six minutes without stopping exept for when you do the recovery. Its worth the 30 bucks. AND this thing really kicks your butt !!!! smilies/shocked.gif
