The Topsy Turvy was definitely a space savor in the backyard.Just planted a garden hook and hooked the Topsy Turvy up. Tomatoes and the plant was bigger than some I had planted in the ground, but that might have been due to the use of compost water.

My plant is great, but, I can't get through on email to the company to enter their contest!

I bought a topsy turvy tomato planter before summer and planted a tomato vine according to instructions. The result was incredible. The plant grew and grew and grew. It had many clusters of blooms. Soon I had budding tomatos all over. Great? No. Disaster struck! The topsy turvy started leaking, then leaking more; finally, it wouldn't hold water. The leaves withered. I tried transplanting the tomato bush (as it then was), but the logistics of trying to turn the topsy turvy planter right side up, cutting away the planter and replanting conventionally were, simply, too much! The Topsy Turvy was a disaster.
It is a great idea, but the materials and labor in the product are inadequate. I say 'never again'. Victor Wyman report abuse
