Paper Coffee Filters<br \/>\n2 Cardboard<br \/>\n3. Scissors<br \/>\n4. Pan Lid<br \/>\n5. Glue (Optional)<br \/>\n6. Battery Powered Christmas Lights (Optional)<br \/>\n7. Stapler<\/p>\n<p>To start, cut a large circle from the cardboard. Next you need to grab some coffee filters and fold two of them in half at a time and then fold them again to form an arrow shape.<\/p>\n<p>Now staple the filters to the cardboard circle, slowly working your way around until you have a nice fluffy design.<\/p>\n<p>That is the basic design, now we can dress it up with ribbon, lights or even dye the filters.
