  1. Why don't they tell us from the get-go if it uses a microturbine not an ICE to charge the batteries ?! Microturbine-enabled series hybrids still seem to be an almost totally taboo subject in our conforming media's copy-cat universe aka echo-chamber.

  2. Cargo is a good way to go to prove technologies especially as you're not carrying people and have many fewer safety issues.

  3. Epoxy Air Explorer Drone

  4. Epoxy water explorer Drone

  5. Turkey already supplied five VTOL drone capable of carrying 500 pounds to a British company.

  6. This is awesome, but the coffin sized package makes me feel weird.

  7. Is it ready to hel0 ukrainians?can you pick up container from river?

  8. I like their concept and using what looks like a small turbine engine to extend the range and payload. This is an idea I've talked to people about. Even a small weed eater motor driving a 500 amp alternator recharging a battery bank in flight would work quite well. Now they say this unit can carry 500 lbs so make a two place personal aircraft. Keep thinking ahead men.

  9. I've always loved the concept of a flying car. I remember the little compact car that towed its wings behind it. This one makes much more sense!

  10. At around 30s you said it can "land in and fifty square foot landing area." do you realise that is just over 7×7 feet ("49 square foot"). When making a video like this is is important to promote your facts correctly. 50 feet squared would indicate an area of 50x50ft, in other words "2500 square foot" and that is more likely what you are alluding to. The drone itself is far wider than 7'

  11. Benz had the 1st one…
    Very cool I think…
    We need this so bad…
    Can't get a flight for that interview…
Take your Car with Wings !!!

  12. Morons everywhere… or maybe not. This drone can fly over any size homeless encampment and keep parcels safe from train thieves. Great!

  13. Work is for human people, not robots.

  14. Song name at the beginning?

  15. I'll pass….💨

  16. They made a Covid jab safe enough to inject into adults and children in months but can't do the same for a drone or anything else useful for that matter ?! smh

  17. Lol I'm not impressed!

Yea, theyre gonna hit it big.. Last mile delivery is a huge cost , and the trucking system in the US is currently broken.

  18. Cartels placing orders right now

  19. Conveniently it can also carry enough explosive to brought down a regular home itself

  20. I think this man has never been to a busy commercial warehouse. If he doesn't want his drone waiting at each stop… he will not be able to use the current transportation networks. Bottlenecks!!!

Def do proof of concept elsewhere.

  21. Video says 300 miles. Description says 500 miles.

  22. It already sounds noisy. How noises is it?

  23. Cool buy way too big for city use.

  24. The skies will become very busy in the next 10-20 yrs

  25. I think a better airfoil should be implemented

  26. Call me when there’s no fossil fuel involved.

  27. thats a lot of weed

  28. Wow thats awesome 👌

  29. I think they made the right choice going with a hybrid system. Solid state batteries are still being developed and lithium batteries don’t have the energy density needed for flight. I think that will change in about a decade through.

  30. WTF is a bad name for this show to be honest. You guys should change it.

  31. Drug traffickers are gonna love this. Book it.

  32. Will not work. If advanced military drones aren't perfect then you damn sure don't want to be underneath this one when it crashes. They all crash! Weather, malfunctions, and human error.

  33. And can do better than usps thats for sure. If i did as bad a job as our local post office anybody rlse would be let go.

  34. These delivery systems are great, but unfortunately I don't have much faith in humanity to keep these going. I can see them being shot out of the sky and torn apart, or stolen. Just look what happened to the traveling robot several years ago.

  35. It would be cool if while landing it transforms into a robot to deliver the package, cool and terrifying.

  36. Oh good, it'll be able to drop.bombs too.

  37. Great name

  38. 500 pound drone flying over residential areas at low altitudes? The Faa says no

  39. Seems it will die some years

  40. My money is on:
    1- Humanitarian aid (fingers crossed)
    2- Military use (more probable)
This will not (in my opinion) be delivering consumer products.

  41. The past tense of, "There once was a cartoon" made me feel old.

  42. This is very important and. Being of something new. And. Could be a. Mark. For. This. Stuff

  43. These cargo drones would definitely reduce a lot of CO2 in the air from delivery vans, trucks and other types of cars that are on the road today. Very impressive.

  44. Sorry but the cost per flight is going to be prohibitive. Might be good for delivery of human organs to hospitals as cost isn't as much of an issue there.

  45. Bad for the environment, we're in a time where we're facing frequent hurricanes and fires caused by the global warming why can't it be fully electric

  46. This is next level
