There are wireless ESD straps that work, but they are foot straps. They go in your shoe, and wrap around onto the sole.

Pretty sure this "Scam" came from translation errors and they are in fact wireless because they are made to solder your own wire to them.
Edit: The anti-static rubber bands are a real scam for sure.
