Even better, you put your CPU in one case, your GPU in another, your power supply in a third case, then three separate cases for the three radiators and another three for each of the pumps and your CPU computer would easily fit in a small form factor.
Only an engineer could/would design something so ridiculous. The concept is good and that is as far as it goes. With a tiny pump, you would not need any fans at all with a radiator that size. There are motorcycles with smaller radiators than that that do not heat up while the bike is not moving. Also there is zero need for a reservoir The hoses clamped right to the radiator, one going to the pump and that's it.
I know its not great for the shot, but just put the pc on the floor for a minute.

if i am building a pc what happens if the power supply has a higher wattage than required? for example using an 850W powersuply instead of the required 700W
