For a consumer sized mower this is expensive, but I expected it to be more expensive for its smart technology tax. It's about the same price as a quality commercial stand on.

Oh you are in for a world of hurt my friend going into the robotic lawnmower reviews. Prepare for frustration! It's a good moment though since this season almost every brand is coming out with nee models that don't need a boundary wire. Some use GPS, others RTK, vision, etc. Interesting to see which solution will prove the best in a couple years.
I use a regular wire model currently (Landroid) and yeah, it's a very dumb machine.
This Ecoflow is a dumb design in my book, it's way too long with the bag attached and the front wheels make no sense.
I'm struggling to see the 'Eco' part of this, especially because the environmentally friendly option is to grow a meadow to provide an ecosystem for insects

Sounds loud vs my Husqvarna Automower 420 (and thats already five years old). I guess having produced Robotic Mowers for almost 30 years is a competitive advantage.

WAY OVERPRICED. I can get a teen to cut that lawn ~150 times (not counting taxes) for that amount. Considering in Canada I cut my lawn maybe 20 times per summer and already own a mower (like most people), this gives me 7+ YEARS of MUCH better results. You can also have your lawn cut every 2 weeks and double that to 15 years. Between me and you, that mower will never last that long.
I took my petrol lawn mower out of the shed, changed the oil for this years season, cut the front and rear lawns on my house, packed it all away, watched the grass grow, and proceeded to mow the lawn again with my mower in the same time it took Linus to set this up and mow 'some' of his lawn. There are some things in life, that just do not need to be automated. Ok concept, but if NASA can land a rover on mars, I want my robot lawnmower to come out the box and start mowing. It looked like an absolute head-ache; coupled with a battery charging nightmare.

Many issue could be sorted out with new updates and guides for the software/firmware system to follow.
These robot mowers are designed to be run every day. It is constantly spreading lawn trimmings about the yard which improves lawn condition.
Not too badly priced I work at a STIHL Dealer and our robotic mowers are priced about the same slightly cheaper but they don't have a sweeper function
Looks great, but they definitely need to work on a few things. 1-I'm not running this thing every day. 2-If all it takes to stop it is a soccer ball, it's useless. 3-Having to put the charger and antenna in the middle of the lawn is a problem. I don't want it on the grass, I want it against a wall behind my shed hidden away in a little corner, deal with it. 4-When it rains, I want it to go into a charging enclosure that is covered to protect it from rain. Like, I want to give it a dog shed type of thing. So far, openmower is more appealing.
The one day of the year socks and sandals are allowed.
Now if only ecoflow wasn't the most expensive company to make anything
That is a very clear, open and flat yard, and that you say it is not the right yard for it does not bode well for the majority of yards out there.
