In my last test I've placed the fan of the Cooler Master Hyper 212 closer to the motherboard's PCB which helps VRM/MOS temperature by ~6 degrees but it was still over 90'C.
In my earlier testing with this tower-cooler I also raised the fan speed to the max ~2100RPM (but that is fine as these coolers are very silent) and then the VRM/MOS temperature stays below 87'C in a 1 hour Cinebench R23 test (Env=21'C).
So tower coolers are not ideal for this board's VRM/MOS temperature but you can make it work by adjusting the airflow around the mb vrm components.
Placing a system fan (air exhaust) in the top of the case near the back of the case can also help.
Using a top-down cpu cooler is much easier, as those will create airflow near the mb vrm by design.
I miss the live stream but the info is very good!! Intel and AMD have great tech to offer!! MSI mother boards are very good!!!
