Truthfully. I just want the next iPhone to be more like my iPad Pro 12.9 and more. 1.) USB-C, 2.) 120hz dynamic refresh display, 3.) Flat edge design, 4.) OLED 5.) 5g, 6.) same great battery life as iPhone 11 Pro Max. If this years iPhone can at least hit the first 4. I’ll buy it. If it is lacking any of those, it’s not worth my money. My iPhone 8+ is just fine until that crap happens. Don’t let me down Apple!

I'm not expecting anything big or new this year at all but I'm still buying. The non-Pros except the iPhone 9 will get OLED and there will be 2 compact options. That's what appeals to me but that's all! They're like appliances now. It is what it is.
