I backed this keyboard on Indiegogo. I got very lucky that mine showed up correctly and I love the keyboard, but that doesn't excuse how they've treated a lot of other backers.

Everyone in Indiegogo is complaining about the lack of updates from Durgod. They are planning to request for chargebacks from banks as well. I am planning to do the same. A total scam after the heavy marketing in Youtube. Note to self and everyone: kickstarters by chinese companies, skip.
Buyer beware! Ordered my keyboard on Indigogo, and have heard nothing back, now that October (the month it was supposed to arrive) is over. Tons of other people are having similar issues, and Durgod has stopped replying to posts on Indigogo. It's been 10 days since they replied to a comment, and they have still not replied to a direct message that I sent days ago.
Durgod is a nightmare in terms of customer service. Still have yet to receive mine or hear from them and by the looks of it, I'm likely to receive the wrong build. DON'T BUY

Durgod didn't answer to their backers, didn't answer emails, fb messages, kickstarter's comments and etc. They speak only when you are going to send the money. Total disrespect.
In my case they sent tracking number that didn't work, no keyboard, no money back, nothing and there are thousands of such backers.

Durgod has literally stopped responding to backers, sending out wrong configs, probably 80% of the backers havent received their keyboard ( me aswell) , they have leaked personal information, that i can still access from my email ( google drive link removed by kickstarter ). And they are selling it for cheaper in taobao. What happened to first come first serve early backers.
Could you do a video about how this company is F'ing over all its backers on kickstarter.
Too bad Durgod sent the completely wrong keyboard to over half their backers and refuses to respond. A ton of us paid extra for stuff like silver speed switches and received Cherry Reds, colors were incorrect completely, the works. Absolutely abysmal. Will never trust Durgod again.

Bro, I thought this was so nice… then he took of the keycaps. I still think the keyboard is amazing, but I really,really,really, really dislike Cherry MX Browns. Too bad, but an amazing build nonetheless
no lag or hickups from using brown switches? What are you talking about lol. Or are you talking about it being wireless? It really sounded like you referred to the switches.
look is nice but i prefer the build quality of the Durgod K320 TKL and its a lot cheaper. yeah its not wireless but still
