Amazing Products 5 New PC Cases I Can't Wait To Build In! 😲 – Computex 2023

Comments

  1. One thing I wonder is. Couldn't you tweak a chip to work in a standart desktop or even high-end desktop pc? like, I know noctua is a thing, but still the cooling performance still seems better. especially if you are looking into buying an AIO or a water cooled gpu or whatever has to do with watercooling. Sure the prices might be higher for now, but as he has told us, they could potentially get it in the price range of a standart cooler (at least I understood it that way)

  2. Seeing how thin it was, i was wondering maybe we can stack some of them vertically for those gaming laptops? Since the static pressure is so high, then probably using a denser heatsink should be a viable solution?

powerful pc can become much smaller

  3. I wonder if there's any efficiency gains from building it directly into the chipset.

  4. mmm yes love me some coil whine.

  5. You nicely avoid the price difference between an ordinary fan and their product. How do we service them? You can remove the dust from the fan yourself and replace the plastic parts of the fan. You have to replace everything with them!

  6. This is one of the best videos recently Linus. Really cool stuff

YouTube: 0% nudity, 100% people arguing in the comments

  7. Moore's law enters the cooling party.

  8. yes id love to see it on the deck

  9. These would make an interesting option for a Framework laptop. This has so many possible applications.

  10. This company is so new, Linus could ask for shares for making this video.

  11. Funny. This is exactly what I commented about days ago on a recent CPU cooler review – that I wanted to see heat pipes directly cooled by these new solid state fans…

  12. wondering whether there is caveats

ex: physical resonance properties that makes cpu bit flips

  13. I am expecting a framework laptop module of this!

  14. I know he mentioned steamdeck, but I wanna see this for the Switch or whatever new console Nintendo comes out with. Could definitely make a huge difference in power per watt performance.

  15. Thisll make tablet and hand-held consoles so much better and thinner than it already is

  16. I am Loving these Computex vids! Your energy is infectious!

  17. i saw this last year, i knew it will become a banger

  18. Does this technology could work to greatly reduce size and maximize performance of heat pumps ?

  19. How have you not tested this as a cooling solution for a Steam Deck yet? 😀

  20. Bugger cooling, how much thrust do they make?

5 watts is really low though. Gaming laptops easily use 250 watts now. That would need 50 of these chips, and judging by their area, it would need to cover almost the whole area of a laptop. And probably it wouldn't be easy to stack them in more than one line since it would be useless if exhausts from one blew into intakes of another. So I have my doubts.

  21. I really hope that no one acquires this company and then it becomes exclusive to a single hardware vendor

  22. put it in a server and let the server become silently cooled, it's designed for that suction through small gaps, sounds like a server item.

  23. Can’t wait for Android phones to run out of battery even faster now…

  24. 13:35 – Linus has emitted the signal OUCH.

  25. so does this mean the consumer will be able to purchase those as well? and if so, when?

  26. micro is smaller and efficient and more powerful, but same as biology , its lifespan is much less , insects are stronger and faster than large mammals ,but the life span is minute

The pro version is twice the size and removes twice the heat, but at five times the price. /s

  27. Don’t waste money on trash xsplit. Just don’t. It was and always has been a garbage buggy software. If it was free. It would be a different story and worth its price.
