Gonna pause you for a moment kind sir. But I'm sure you remember before intel and amd added that ihs slug to all cpus after pentium 3 and athlon respectively…. we all did it with some margin of success.
To be fair I'm not really seeing these thermal problems on Ryzen 7000, not even on a 7950x, at least not enough to risk void warranty.
