Anything is better than 3050 4GB 💀 I regret buying it 😭
My first build is AMD. I went 7800x3d and 6960xt Merc. The valuse of thr 6950xt can keep up with the 7900xt and the 6950 like 100 to 200 bucks usd less. So it was a no brainer
I don't understand why use frame generation in benchmarks as that does not reduce latency at all. Any chart with frame generation is in my opinion, pretty much useless as while it might tell how framerate looks, it does not tell anything about how framerate feels when gaming, which is more important.
Since GPU's now cost as much as a fully drivable car there's no other option than to just go with AMD, Nvidia is out of their mind with pricing.
I think some people need to realize that the higher end nvidia cards arent necessarily meant for purely just gamers. The 40 series, 70,80,90 are huge in terms of production purposes and workload. I understand some people might confuse them for just purely gaming cards but no. One of the reasons their so highly priced is because of the value they offer in things like render times, animation, game development etc. Nvida also has a lot of support with things like UE5 which makes it a clear choice for me.
Ive had Nvidia ever since i started on PC, last year i got a 6800xt, i dont use ray tracing (mainly cause i cant) but performance wise my card has been brilliant, never had a problem with maxing out settings, with the prices Nvidia are asking for in Australia at this stage i will not get another Nvidia Card
Doesnt wanna mention intel cards
Ironically, it has better encoders ,vram, and raytracing for the price then red or green…
My second hand $300 6800 XT > Everything.
Nvidia sponsored content!
only get GPU based on u needs. doesnt need to upgrade every years.
My dream is to one day get my hands on a PC Centric build. Great video!
I never Understand why all the reviewers won't be honest about frame generation. They don't turn it on themselves and it's a gimmick that noone will almost never actually use. So features set imo is actually tied imo but dlss has a better quality track record ever so slightly now a days
I just got a video card, and I had the option of the 7900xt or the 4070ti for the same price. For me, I went with the 7900xt. The reason, is VRam. It the moment, I have a 3070, and I am playing Diablo 4. I have to get the settings all the way down, to where I am only using about 70% of the performance of the card, to get to to not be a studdering mess due to VRam limits. A 3060 with 12 gig of VRAM, out performes the 3070 8Gig, in that game. So to me, the 5% boots in FPS of the 4070TI, does not make up for the massive lack of VRam
Of course Nvidia
I use both red and green (and also blue which is Intel cpu), and i feel good on all these companies, if more performance is required, then buy bigger costlier gpus and cpus
Why does no one talk about the 6950xt
Really enjoyed this video.
amd fanbois lurking in the shadows waiting for a youtuber to say sum negative so that they can burn him at the stake, joking haha xd
I generally buy nvidia cards but I can say that the way the amd cards performed in his graphs seem to be very pro nvidia rx 7900 xtx performs on par with the rtx 4080 and the rx 7900 xt performs on par with a rtx 3090 ti which is on par with the rtx 4070 ti
I've always had invidia cards I like both cards I built my new pc the beginning of this year I went with amd 7900xt with an Intel cpu had to go with more vram for the price and I have to say I'm really enjoying it
Hey! Do you think you could do a 3070 and 12600k pc build that is 1200 dollars?
Just a question, can you disable DLSS or FSR or are they on forever?
Nvideas next gen cards should be named GeForce aiRTX
Best value for money amd
Best performance Nvidea
Also best 4 years later amd
Best at gouging your wallet with zero regret Nvidea
Hate amd drivers
At this point how many people keep complaining about prices. It's like nVidia is for the upper class gamers and AMD is for the lower class lol
For pure rasterization gaming performance? AMD offers better value. For RT gaming performance, upscailing performance, video editing, 3D modeling, AI generation, and everything else nVidia by a WIDE mile.
Ray Tracing = Gimmick = Not needed ❤
7900XTX or 4080?
So basically treat 12GB cards as the new entry level cards, and the 16GB cards are mid-range now. At least that is how it looks. 8GB are now the super entry level cards for low end pre-made machines aimed at people that do not know any better. Though, I am sure 8GB are just fine for people playing older games and not worried about newer games.
im thinking of going with either a 6950 xt or 7900 xtx i do not care about AAA games at all love seeing these price drops though im waiting longer my 1080 ti is still chugging along
Nvidia Geforce is better for gaming
Honestly I've been rocking AMD GPU's for a few generations. My main 2 gripes with AMD is they seem to be scared to try and compete with Nvidias top tier GPU & as petty as it may sound their GPU PCB's are too freaking big. Putting a water block on a 4090 vs a 7900XTX the 4090 ends up being literally half the size of the 7900XTX. So Nvidia is much more SFF friendly. Being that I'm down sizing my rig back to SFF this plays a major role in the new GPU I pick.
nvidia sucks with dlss and frame generation also bvidia compress games.
AMD FOR THE WIN ALL DAY
id rather see whats better for gaming streaming and editing
My rx 6800 has been fine @ 1440p for me I don't see upgrading for a long time, and even in the future fsr if need be.
Depends on the game
Both do work and perform well. I definitely am a biased team red. But I also did own an nvidia for my first card. At the end of the day. If it gives you good frames go right ahead
If im being honest the best gpu company is:
Nah its intergrated graphics
Got a 3070 Ti EVGA FTW3 two years ago, $900. Two years later, it is the lower level of mid-teir in all the games needing 8GB+. I don't blame the developers, I mostly blame NVIDIA. They knew games were going to need more VRAM then what they put on their cards below $1000.
I want to see the 7800 XT/XTX, see what NVIDIA does in response and see it NVIDIA will release a 16GB 4070
Sadly, in many cases it's Nvidia.
Raw performance = Nvidia.
Price to performance = Radeon.
Not a fanboy, my current GPU is an RX 6700 XT but the previous one was a GTX 1660 (not Super, not Ti). Both of them are great cards.
Nvidia v AMD is like Def Pure v Att Pure – doesn't even matter? What matters is if they can run Runescape 3 in 4k.
Can’t go wrong with Nvidia or AMD. It’s just depends if you want RT or not. But for me going with a 5800x3d and a 6950xt I saved a good chunk of change. And these days that’s most important.
bro , nobody cares for ray tracing !
Whatever brand you go for just have fun gaming/ tweeking and don't become a bitter comment warrior.
