Watercooling is pretty cool. But hard to make fit in Small Form Factor cases. Hey! After a bit of tinkering post-video we saw improved thermals with the Monoblock. Running Cinebench and MSI Afterburner for 30 minutes we saw temps peak at
CPU: 85 C on the 12900KS
GPU Hotspot: 87 C on 4090. (remember this is the without using the proper kit for the 4090)

The most painful LTT video in a LONG time.
uh… Paper gaskets need to be replaced each time when opend. Because when you close it again it wont line up perfectly anymore. We're talking about microns here. Its sealing the always remaining rughness on a metal surface. The paper deforms into the "rugh" surface and seals it. But there ment for things which get opend rairly. for example car transmittions. so if youre going to use it dayly i would replace the paper gasket with a new one.

Yikes, better not diss a gasket that is better than anything cheap tech companies ever used..
Rubber blows out much more easily, while special paper gaskets can easily seal the pressure inside of an engine block.

Can I suggest an idea? In videos with boutique products, can you include a compilation at the end of the video with the product used in a system designed by competent individuals? The entertainment value of a video like this is high, but you are doing a huge disservice to the company and the people behind the devices. Seeing the “pro” built version with accompanying footage and benchmarks would go a long way in helping them produce more products to make videos with in the future. You can think of it as spending a little more on video production as an investment in future profits from new products due to the bump in sales which your accurate portrayal allows. Everyone wins that way.

Not sure I learned much today, and it would have been nice to see this amazing piece of engineering built into the sort of beautiful custom PC it is intended for, but damn this video was funny, started my Sunday with a big smile. A bit of Linus Adam is always good comedy.
