Gray or white is the question. 🙂
Great video. Just one thing to add: The camera hardware is not completely the same, they have upgraded the main camera sensor from Sony IMX766 to IMX890. But to be fair, software image processing will likely mean a bigger improvement anyway.
With that said, I'm currently using a Nothing Phone 1 and the camera is perfect for my needs already. It was good average when I bought it but I feel it's well beyond average now after so many updates. I regularly take stunning photos with it.
Ppl always say NOTHING beats APPLE! i guess they are right!
Nothing Phone (2) biggest competition I believe will be Asus Zen Phone 10. The pricing as announced in Taiwan for the base model of 8GB+128GB is NTD $19,999 or $624 USD. However, the Phone 10 is rocking Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 vs Phone (2) Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Pricing I believe will be very competitive but ultimately it will come down to what Asus will set the US distribution prices to be as that information is not yet available.
Great video,
One comment I should say, It would have been nicer if the phones in the video were cleaned before taking the shot. Viewing in 4K really pop up the dust on the phones 😊
Just get 12t pro for 520usd 256gb or f5 pro for 380usd 256gb. That phone is not worth 600
Appropriately named
Heads up the 7a is $499 msrp. The a series got bumped up $50 this year
It’s just like all the other phones, small updates and a price increase!
Shill
For a second I thought Tiff Needell was reviewing the phone
more crap chinese phones. no thanks
hey this Chinese CEO he could give us nothing, but instead he give us a cool phone, I said we get a lot more than we deserve already. 😅🤣😂🙃🥲
what do you guys need exactly from a 600 dollars phone? the processor is 2 times better than pixel 7a, battery life is better, the display is LTPO, iphone 14+ is still 60 hz and if 15 becomes 120hz that is not gonna be dynamic but this phone can go all the way down to 1 hz, there are jo think unsymmetrical bezels and the back is completely unique and premium built, there are no fake third and forth cameras that just do macro shots in 2 megapixels, it has wireless and reverse wireless charging, the charging speed is much faster than pixel 7a, it receives os updates for 3 years and the os is literally stock android with a little different home screen launcher that you can change to stock again. and this is a western phone meaning it's not gonna be banned by the USA like Huawei and ZTE and ….. it's here to stay with good support
I see nothing…. again
I always wondered why Apple can't make the apple logo in the back of their iPhones light up that would be so cool!. I'm going to pick this phone up along with the Moto razor plus
Finally now cnet video bring subtitles english by default🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳😍🥰😍🤩
Can you check on the phone if there's esim compatibility?
I said i want nothing phone to my brother he said i deserve it 💀💀
Nothing phone is basically another iPhone knock off that just so happens to have a translucent back and gimmicky lights on the back.
No cover to protect the phone….

Om Hare Krishna
I hate the fact they made it look like the iPhone I’ll pass
Wish they accepted trade-ins…
Seriously (I genuinely want to know), someone explains to me how this smartphone at $600 or €700 in Europe is a better deal than (real) high-end of last year like the OnePlus 10 Pro, Oppo Find X5 Pro, S22 Plus (Snapdragon), even iPhone 13… and especially a OnePlus 11 which can currently be found quite often and easily at the same price 🤔
Ps: it's a little misleading, dishonest on the part of Nothing (as well as Xiaomi with its Poco F5 Pro), to say that this smartphone has a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, in reality, it is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 but TSMC manufacture.
It’s a Nothing Phone too.
Great video!
I just got this over the google phone.
1. Google phone charging is too slow.
2. Bored of the standard phones.
3. Used oneplus since oneplus 3 and love what Carl did – i lile how he thinks about tech and the people he builds his companies around.
4. Wanted a western phone company for better security.
5. Camera is good enough for what i need.
I think if you want something that is a western built phone and you dont care about absolutely top end processing or pictures, this phone will be a solid choice to get you close with some style.
I havnt seen 1 person with this phone anywhere
iPhone 12 Pro
Carl Pei getting all his influencer friends to shill this 😂
Did the embargo just end – every tech YouTuber is posting this lol
Why aren't these guys segmenting the video. We can quickly move to important segments.
Most improvement is about Glyphs that literally nobody use (talking about phone (1) user's..
The rest most of the same.
No improvement in weather/water resistant, for example. Idk what to say.. that was literally Nothing.
What about finger prints & smuges? From what I could see in this video they are quite apparent.
Hello sir good job ❤
Lame
Man thought you could upgrade hardware components by the way the back looked lol that would be cool if they made a phone like that
Meh phone. The glyphs are a dumb feature.
That Macallan 15 is 🥳
I see no changes
