TikTok already had a music thing. They launched it in India. I will be interested though if they do launch a full fledged music service here in America. I don't have a TikTok but I'd stop and consider this new service if it seems worth it
Can’t find you @bridget on Apple Music
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Can't find you on Apple Music @bridgetswidget
I can't find you either. I tried your handle and no luck. I'm @dustman34, if you want to follow a random project engineer that likes your show and listens to 80s rock, Katy Perry, and Weird Al.
Question for scientists: What does high-definition music sound like? Crap, I would guess. It would be over-corrected. All of the dissonant overtones would become audible.
They also have a social network in Game Center. And in iMessage. And they could easily build one out of Contacts. But they never put it all together for some reason.
I really love Apple Music. I had no idea there was a very basic social network in it. I’d love to follow you Bridget and see what music you enjoy, but apparently I can only connect with people in my contacts list. Very frustrating. Why do things half way here, Apple?
Because you have to use iPhone /Android to use Apple Music – Google should have done this on YouTube with Google+ back in the day.
When it comes to socials Web is where it at, the app comes second.
Check out her review of the Grimlock Transformer that aired a few days ago. She is so adorable; the way her eyes 👀 light up as Grimlock is transforming! So expressive and definitely gives off the right “I’m a proud geek – just like you!” vibes. 🤓
You could say she is …,
“More than meets the eye…” 🤖
Bridget you have to be in our contacts for us to follow you😢
iTunes Ping was good you could follow artists you like and send them a short message. Apple Music Connect gave artists a little freedom to post music videos etc.
Wow
Apple Music quality is unbeatable, however Spotify has a better algorithm for recommendations and also allows me to dislike an artist. Now just wish I could dislike playlists which Apple try and force me to listen to every time I open the app…
You widgets now 😅 😂🎉
Spotify Gang
One more thing again 😅
Apple never promoted it and it didn't work as advertised.
I was an early iTunes user, back in the Facebook/Twitter days. I accumulated a huge offline stash.
Legit don’t know how to find you on the app. Why so complicated Apple.
Apple doesn’t want to get labelled as social media because it always has focused on privacy, but it has so much built in social media features natively to its ios. It would be interesting if they incorporated shared photo albums with the music profile.
Just here to say I’m shocked you only just discovered this. My friends and I have been using this feature for years!
Love u Bridget! Hahaha Ill follow just for the Zelda songs
This lady personality hooks me… ❤
📱 📲
This is why I prefer Spotify… I used to use Apple Music.
Sadly I don’t use Apple Music’s services, I use the other one that starts with an S and rhymes with Multiply. BridgetsWidgets is an amazing username and as cool as LynyrdSkynrd!
Been using this feature lately so glad awareness is increasing. Also – can't find your @ when I search – do you have it set to private?
Yeah, this is not a new feature🙃😕
I wonder how much apple pays cnet for this small but huge advertisement video talks?! nearly every streaming music company has this so called listen others playlists, but because it is apple we swore under oath that we should make a huge deal on every small garbage that apple does! and to your question, NO… I'm not a Android fanboy
iTunes Ping!
Gotta love the Zelda music
If you want to understand why this is the way it is today, you need to look further back. Think iTunes, in the iPod era, it used to be integrated with your IM status, it would show what you were playing… which was great, esp, at work. People could also, share their collections over the LAN.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I actually used my Apple Music profile when I updated Instagram profile when I changed it in the Spring. Thankfully I did this in the 🪡s era. I’m enjoying Philip Glass’s Symphony No. 4 Heroes when I’m not listening to the LoFi weekend trio (The Lounge, LoFi Sunday & LoFi Chill).
Bridgy Didge 🤙
I don't even know how to search and add a person lol, I'm trying to follow her but I can't hahaha and of course I have no friends there , my igorgleandro1 if you are able to find someone , and no … there is no "People" in the search menu, maybe cause I'm on IOS17 beta?
there needs to be a way to like/love other user created playlists, the amount of plays a playlist has and a way to favorite playlists. Apple hire me.
