  1. This was the easiest ever to put together and the ease to use is really great. I can't say enough about this machine, it is really an awesome product to have and use.

  2. You don’t need an Apple Watch for Fitness+. It’s nice but not necessary

  3. I play Ring fit adventure as a form of workout and sometimes when wanting to get my workouts in on the go like vacations or wanting to do some workouts outdoors, it might not be doable, so this makes me definitely wanna consider getting an Apple Watch and do Apple Fitness.

  4. So when I turn on the apple fitness does all this fitness equipment appear in my home automatically?
Cause all I'm seeing after buying this apple phone and TV is more stuff to buy…

  5. is it worth it? let me work it 😁😆

  6. Thank you for making this video, I live in an older condo building that has glass walls so to speak, and I like to workout in the evenings when everyone is trying to rest, so my fear with apple fitness is I’d be stomping around and disturbing my neighbors below me, it’s good to see it’s not like P90x for example where you’re going absolute bonkers working out, it’s more refined for lack of a better term, and that really fits my current lifestyle nicely.

After watching this video I’m going to finally take a plunge into virtual workouts 😃

  7. Not everyone is going to have the equipment at home. I think you’re better off researching workouts and coming up with a workout on your own. Fitness+, Apple Watch, and gym membership = $$$. I asked questions and did the research myself and have been doing it for almost 10 years now

  8. Fyi now you just need an iPhone which is cool since you don’t have to pay for the watch 😅

  9. Does it have to be an Apple TV or cannot be used on your iPad with your Apple Watch?

  10. Kinda boring. Better use the money to pay for my Spotify subscription and keep going to the gym with good tunes

  11. I've had an Apple Watch for awhile but just recently started the free trial because most of my workouts are done outside and lately it has been really gnarly out. I tried a high intensity workout and it really got my heart going! I like how they have three instructors with different degrees of intensity, I tried to keep up with the highest intensity instructor but eventually had to ramp down a little. It was a nice change of pace and gave me new ideas for my regular exercise routine.

  12. Why on earth would anyone pay for Apple fitness if they already have a subscription to YouTube which offers so much more than just fitness video options lol

  13. If there is an Apple TV you can connect. Ummmmmmmmmm most people do not own Apple TV’s 😂😂😂😂 Apple has gone downhill fast since Steve Jobs died.

  14. How do you row correctly?

So Apple Fitness+ is for middle-aged women who carry yoga pads around in their Subarus and like to dance in front of their TVs? Okay. Not for me.

  15. Sooo a bunch of videos for lonely people trapped by lock downs and you pay for this right?? just get out the old Jane Fonda and Richard Simons DVDs Screw Apple and it's woke BS!!!!

  16. Just bought me a series 7 and started my first workout and I’m actually kinda sore. I’m super excited to do it daily.

  17. Those rowing machines are so awesome! Too bad I don't have the space/money for one haha

  18. so cool

  19. I want her apartment. And in SF? I cannot imagine the number of zeros it cost…

  20. Quarantines & lockdowns are not much of a thing here now, but I saw the 3 months free with my new Apple Watch so I decided why not. I’ve really wanted to try yoga out for a while now and that’s what I started with. I really liked that they have different lengths and focus for different workouts. I’ve been using it for a month now and now I’m working out every day while I otherwise wouldn’t had I just gotten a gym membership.

I really like the fact that you feel like you get to know the trainers/coaches personally, and there’s a community factor in play when each workouts contain a team of 3 people from different principles. The accessibility factor and the fact that the atmosphere is great where you’re only encouraged to do what feels great for you (without the traditional pain & gain aspect in a traditional gym) are awesome, very inclusive and beginner friendly. I think the major thing that discouraged me (& probably a lot of other people) from working out or joining a gym is the fact that it just feels kinda awkward—plus you’re going out of the comfort of your own familiar home to do something you’re probably not very good at yet.

Regarding the subscription price, on its own it’s pretty expensive and probably not very worthwhile for people if you’re not working out on a regular basis; but if you’re already subscribed to other apple services, the apple one plan is a very cost-effective offer (and you can share it with up to 5 people!—all the service like Apple Music and iCloud storage too.) The only complaint I have of it right now is that it doesn’t really have a difficulty filter, so if it’s a workout you haven’t done before then you’re really going in blind not knowing what to expect. Overall I think it’s a great service but you’d have to look at it with a somewhat hardcore apple user perspective.

  21. Very useful thanks!

  22. Watched at 1.5x speed, and this video was still slow and drawn out…

  23. Can you stream from the iPhone to a regular tv

  24. I thought that was an excellent video – thank you. I’m very jealous that you wander outside to a park overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge, but so it goes. All the best to you.

  25. Apple is all about Money in pocket…….. Thinking about how to get your money more and more….. this apple watch is going back…..

  26. This is not needed, people in Spain live up 100 years without working out or gyms, they just walk everywere

  27. They should let us customize so we can subscribe to workout channels on YouTube and their videos appear inside that fitness app

  28. Hey nice review of the fitness plus!

  29. Thank you for the detailed review. I especially like the Burn bar function!💪

  30. Excercise ring? 😆
