In Fortnite on Series S with usb keyboard and mouse, normal (not gaming) TV, i got lags, control delays. Unplayable.

Xbox or PS is great if you work a lot and just want to come home and play also if you don't have the money right then and there and you just want to get to playing games we all know pcs are better for almost everything but the main thing consoles are good at is how cheap they are so if you don't have the money just get a console and save up and buy a pc if you have the money now get a pc so you don't have to worry about buying one later.

I was playing on console for 2 years with mouse and keyboard! The main disadvantage is the input delay! What ever you do the delay will be more than playing on PC.

i m making a pc right now. i would get a ps5 with anual subscription cuz i wana play what i want anytime i want. but not all games run native 4k and so on.
PC all the way for me, been on pc for 3 years and like the fact that its an all in one device for gaming, web browsing, media, etc. I'd rather spend more money and be able to get more powerful hardware that run games at any resolution and any framerate I want. Also supports any keyboard, mouse, or controller I would want to use.
I have both PC and series X , and i actually emjoy my series X for gaming more

I love both options, if you want the ultimate experience – PC. If you're poor – Xbox.
I have both but the Series X is more powerful than my PC. I paid $400 for the Series X and $300 for a PC that has an i7 8700k, GTX 1060 6GB, and 16GB of DDR4 RAM.
Should also compare power usage from both as cost of running devices is now a big thing with Uk energy prices ❤❤❤
Nope. I don't play on console. I don't even own one. I won't own one. I don't like controllers. So, for me, it cannot.
Warzone does NOT play at 4k 120hz on consoles!!!!! It plays 1080p at 120hz OR 4k at 60hz. Only thing that can run 4k at 120hz is a 4090 and a 5700x3d. You are being misleading!!!!

Console for sure for the best all-around gaming experience, PC if like to fiddle with the settings.
Pc is a different beast
I'm playing on PC with a LG C2 42-Inch OLED Smart TV and it's insanely beautiful. Playing 4K / HDR at 120fps
Plus, you can switch over to the smart tv mode and stream tv/movies with Dolby Vision…it's a whole different experience.
If you put the resolution down to 1920×1080 you will get even more frames especially with Warzone 2 👍
RDR2 is better with a controller , even on PC.
I've just swapped from a gaming pc to xbox as I simply cannot afford to upgrade my pc to play 4k where as the xbox series x handles 4k really well xxxx
No more than 4 hours ago I just purchased the last components I need to finish my very first PC build. I’m a long time console gamer that is finally entering the PC gaming community (I have forgone the current console generation to be able to purchase a PC sooner rather than later). I’m ready to get it up and running for Starfield soon!

Really if you don't need a computer for other things, then there is no issue in going with a console for gaming. You're still going to have fun with it. If you're starting from scratch and you want to game but you also need a computer, then it's more logical to just go with a PC, especially if you can either build it yourself or at least choose the parts (provided you either already know a bit about them, or you don't mind doing some research, either by looking things up or watching various YouTube channels, including yours).
