Guys, love ya all but who is the camera guy that suggested this 'John the Baptist' angle? Suggestion, move the camera down a little. You're better off cutting off the top part of your head and showing more of your body rather than the angle you all seem to be using week after week that seem to be this cut off head in a window. This is going to be controversial, but planned obsolescence isn't always a bad thing. For instance, with light bulbs, those companies had jobs. If nobody ever needed a new light bulb, those people would lose those jobs. Even if those companies innovated with higher lumen bulbs and such, a lot of people would choose to stick with their old bulbs, because they "still work fine". Those companies are probably more worried about profit of course, but without income they can't innovate.

Based on my understanding of the laws they wouldn't have to prove material damage but they would have to prove that new egg and gigabyte were aware that the products that they were providing was faulty and dangerous.
