Apple gave its Pro models a glow-up with a refreshed lighter build, a new shortcut button, and the world’s smallest processor — all while managing to keep that tried-and-true iPhone aesthetic front and center. In my time reviewing both phones, I recorded videos of penguins swimming, played the console game Resident Evil Village on the 15 Pro, gave the 15 Pro Max’s new zoom lens a spin atop a Ferris wheel in San Francisco, and tried, absentmindedly, to put a Lightning cable into the new USB-C port (old habits, am I right?).

Is there any improvement to the antenna on the 15 Pro Max vs the 14 Pro Max? Would the X70 Modem increase 5g signal strength and stability? My iPhone 14 ProMax has been my worst iPhone ever for signal strength. This has been complained about by multiple other people on the Apple Forums and an Apple Care Representative also admitted that they’re receiving numerous complaints about signal strength and reliability on the 14 Pro Max. I’ve been through multiple factory resets, getting a replacement phone and changing carriers. Basically, unless there’s full bars of 5g service, the phone is useless and this is in major metropolitan, coastal cities.

Can you please do a photo comparison between the 15pro max 5x optical zoom against a 14 pro 5x digital zoom?

Posting review after only using it for 3 days? 😅
The choices for the action button should be contextual and tied to focus. If I'm at work, I want to be able to silence my phone quickly if rings at an inappropriate time. I'm at home, I want it activatre the flashlight so I can see where the cat is vomiting at 3 AM. If I'm neither place, I'm probably out doing something where I might want to take photos.
Still haven’t made a durable screen I see. Guess we have to keep buying bulky cases and screen protectors…great

I noticed that you were taking Live Photo’s in some of those shots. Doesn’t that decrease the overall image quality? You can turn it off permanently by using the “Preserve Settings” options in the settings app.
This camera review on YouTube seems to me more rational: iPhone 15 Pro cameras: MISLEADING & DISAPPOINTING … would you change your opinion after seeing this?
