  1. 💀

  2. Arrows

  3. in – out !!! one thinks like chemistry and other like physics

  4. The longer Linus continues to publish videos about things he’s done, the more he damages his company image. Imagine wearing continual failures as a “badge of pride”.

If you engage with this company thinking they’re competent, you’re a schmuck.

  5. I like how the channel has over the years become mostly providing tips on what not to do based on Linus' experiences.

  6. I saw that coming since the 1st video of this project xD water cooling is so cool until it fails. I would probably stick to air cooling for a bit more

  7. 2 videos to go until youtube bans me from using YouTube and I start paying for Floatplane instead because I would rather support the creators I actually like to watch than the soulless multibillion dollar corporation that would rather ban people using adblocker than admit they have an advertising problem

Dumb ideas end up in dumb results, good video tho

  8. Linus now: "I was hoping that a simple filter would be enough…"

Literally everyone else on the project and in the comments contemporaneously: "Linus, you need to set up a heat exchanger. It is literally the only actual way to do this properly and reliably."

    Love this kind of content.
Alex nailed it with his last statement!

  9. I feel no sympathy. Everything you film at your house you make tons and tons of money and then you claim it as a tax write off. Multi millionaire problems…

  10. This is genuinely the biggest waste of money ever. lol You could make a water box in the rack that would do the same job. You'd never notice a difference.

  11. Arrows are better

  12. You should probably have a dehumidifier in that room as well.

  13. Finally working and it only took…. years…

  14. Mite have been easier and safer to just have an AC rack. But that wouldnt be content i gues. More fun to make your computers to swim in the pool. 🤣

  15. So much talk about E-Waste and then you go ahead and run 2 pc's as servers and a bunch of servers and leave them on 24/7 and ass a very power inefficiënt water loop lol. I dare to bet 100 bucks you waste more then 1.5 times my entire household electric bill just on computers and network.

  16. I NEED PAPERS LIKE THAT 1:29

  17. This is why I don't do water cooling! The benefits do not outway the potentialy disastrous consequences!

  18. A crystal ball could've called these failures. I hoped he'd swap to the exchanger and separate loops! Love the channel!

    17:29 sounds like it's a bit too quiet 😆

  19. Ok. What happened to the switch?

  20. Get Gaijined

  21. Just when you think it is too janky Linus will make it more janky.

  22. Looks like grounding issues, definitely need to hire a pro to fix it before someone gets hurt.

  23. well thats its sillent is great but in winter i like to put a game on and just let it pump out heat but in the summer that would be great

  24. Water cooling using this consumer grade crap is always a recipe for disaster.

  25. 11:47 the cooling system exists because of the computer and not the opposite, so the most intuitive is to consider the computer perspective, so I think OUT makes more sense.

  26. I'm convinced it was done the jank way first to show people what not to do. Sacrificial PCs for content explains how some systems got skipped by a water leak…

  27. I agree with Alex's tube labels, but I dont think Linus's method is necessarily wrong

  28. play stupid games, win stupid prizes

  29. Instead of PTFE, use Hemp & Hawk/Boss White

  30. "Professional grade plumbing system"
Proceeds to show Alex, the king of jank lol

  31. my dude! NOW you find out about heat exchangers??? come on, it's called "tech" tips ffs…

  32. a clean loop, no shite. lol

  33. Can somebody from LTT please comment what happened to the switch?

  34. Should ad a smart device to detect water leaks

I am with Alex. The Outs of the computers go to the Out Manafold.

A little bit of copper citrate is an excellent algaecide.
I put just a knife tip worth of pure, solid citric acid in my ~2 liter deionized water all copper loop. The little bit of citric acid reacts with the copper and forms a bit of copper citrate.
I haven't touched my loop in at least 2 years and still everything looks perfectly clean and nice, even though there's sunlight on my PC daily.
