It's just hard for me to decide to buy the iMac, I would like to consider the Mac mini.
It's too bad the screen's so small. Apple is hosing customers who need a larger screen but don't need an expensive stand-alone screen with either a Mac Mini lacking resources or a resource-heavy Mac studio. So in essence we can either can get something relatively cheap that falls short or something very expensive that empties our wallets. Thanks, Apple. Here's hoping my 2020 27" iMac lasts long enough for Apple to come to their senses instead of ignoring one segment of their market.

8GB of RAM is unusable. Cant imagine buying a machine now that is supposed to last a few years and only having 8GB.
I think it's time they move to 16gb base, crazy that iMacs have had 8gb base since 2012.

There are opportunities available to improve the 24-inch iMac's design, and I'm disappointed Apple hasn'
t taken advantage of them. The right side of the machine offers a lone earphone jack, nothing else. The would be a great place to add the SD card slot. I would also like to see a MicroSD card slot, a USB-C port, and a USB-A port there.
