Deals for Days. Big home savings are happening now.
Ironic that the audio quality of this video is poor – the voice audio lacks crispness to say the least.
I love his style of showdown comparisons. Great demonstrations
Your “clear winner” bit is clickbait bs. Congrats on wasting my time.
Appreciate if people don't toss around headphones for 'being cool'
After my AirPod Max stopped working after 2 years of use, I bought the Bose QC Ultra. They are way more comfortable IMO.
FLYEAGLESFLY!!!!
Why is the sound quality so echoey…on CNET…for a sound-quality review?!
Android devices automatically support ldac since ldac has been around since android 8.0. However, to use qualcomm apt-x lossless bluetooth codec, you need certain android phones that use the qualcomm snapdragon 8 gen 2 devices since it supports qualcomms apt-x lossless bluetooth codec. Any android device that uses the snapdragon 8 gen 1 don't support apt-x lossless bluetooth codec but only support apt-x lossy bluetooth codec. Lossless is very important since it offers superior sound quality since it compresses the audio without throwing away data. Where as lossy compresses the audio and throws away the data even with sony ldac highest quality. For lossless compression, you need alot of bandwidth since it starts at cd quality and higher resolution audio and you get all the meta data for audio. With lossy compression you lose the meta data for audio and it's no where near CD quality even with sony ldac highest level of quality. Lossy compression is like the equivalent of having 360p which is less than the dvd quality at 480p and lossless compression is like dvd quality minimum and can go up to hi resolution like 4k.
Outstanding review. I gave you a thumbs up just for the bionic throw at 11 seconds. Lol
For the price Bose came up with for the quality product is given in return I definitely still would go with Master & Dynamics MW75 that comes aluminum components and lamb skin ear pads. Not to mention to AMG edition with the carbon fiber is on another level. Unless those Bose drop around 30% this is w legal rip off lol.
WH-1000XM Series All the Way!
I just want to know which pair will leave my ears less sweaty.
I bought the XM 5's after several years with my trusty XM 3's, which I still use when the 5's are on the charger. I love them, but occasionally, the XM5's with "crash" and all I can hear is very loud static.
No highs, no lows, it must be Boss. I'm going with XM5
I would rather pay some extra money and get Focal Bathys to get better sound quality with DAC option 😅
Go EAGLES!!!
I missed the "clear winner " part….
“The clear winner is both”
Saved you 10 minutes of your time.
Awesome video im struggling with my decision as I just purchased both of them and can't decide. The leading factor for me is being able to use the Sonys while powered off. The newer features on the Bose are nice and feel with some updates can become even better. Sigh what a tough decision
Bose makes excellent speakers. Their headphones may have great ANC, comfort, style, etc, but their sound quality is garbage and always has been. I will never understand why millions of people have no auditory discernment.
