Nearly £1500 for a 4060 laptop? Yeah, no!
Shop around and you can easily get one with a 4070 fir similar money or for just another £300, a 4080, which is close to 50% faster than a 4060.

How is this thin 😂? It weighs around 2.3kg if I'm not wrong and also is pretty bulky from the looks of it . The slim 7i is what can be considered thin or maybe the asus zephyrus , definitely not this

If I was gunna main my set up with a laptop I would go as big and heavy as I could with the money. Sadly, would still be a 16" prolly cuz cost but I am assuming the slims just more xpensive?
I have a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro 16ITH6H RTX 3070 Gaming Laptop 16" WQXGA 165Hz Intel i7-11800H – and I literally cannot praise it enough.
Obviously, there's some trade offs compared to having a modular build (I'd like one of those too eventually), but its a really solid piece of kit – and with a cooling pad I've never worried once about temps.

This has some tough competition against the Asus G14 in the US, especially when, with sales, you can get the 4070 version of the G14 for the same price as the 4060 config here. Plus, the G14 goes up to a 4080 and 4090 mobile, which are significantly more powerful than the 4060/70 series

Would this be a good upgrade from a 2060 super and 1600x desktop ( trying to play rust / Wow ) and my pc is struggling these days! any advice appreciated
This couldn't come at a better time was looking to switch from desktop to laptop just because ill be moving into a college dorm and just don't know if ill have the space for my desktop
i got the legion pro 5 with the ryzen 7 7745hx and a rtx 4070 and 32gb ddr5 @5200 mhz for 2100cad after taxes. quite a good find. i didn't get the 500nits 240hz but still quite happy. Lenovo is killing it.
