Happy day for everyone
I just built my new PC and here are the specs. What are your thoughts on it. Case is an ASUS Hyperion GR701 and I added 3 140mm top fans for exhaust, Motherboard is ASUS Z790 Hero, Intel Core i7 13700k, Corsair Vengeance DDR5 64gb 5600 ram, PNY 4070 12gb ram, Coolermaster air ma620m CPU cooler, Corsair 1200 watt modular PSU, WD Black 1tb M2, WD Black M2 4tb, WD Black M2 4tb, LG 34 inch 165hz curved monitor, Roccat Vulcan gaming keyboard, HP external DVD writer, Logitech Trackball, Razor Tiamat 7.1 Surround Headset Ver.202. Logiteck 2.1 Speaker system that I already had and I am using a Logitech C922 Pro Webcam that I had. I'm running Windows 11 Profeshional. What are your opinions on my Build?
What an amazing build. Love it. I want one . May I ask what is total cost
Romance is in the air
Are games going to get bigger in the future? It would mean slower installation time because of the amount of data that needs to be downloaded and then installed.
Always good to see a newbie build a pc.
Absolutely LOVE your videos! I'm actually in the process of building my first PC as well right now and this was such a big help!! โคโ๐ฅ
Seeing all of your hard work just coming together and building such a masterpiece is so satisfying.๐คค
There was a time when I was a curmudgeon and preferred heatsink-fans for cooling CPUs. Then CPUs got to be too much for the old HSF bit. While I don't like that AIOs don't last as long and are a bigger pain to install, I like that I can get less noise for the amount of cooling, plus there is less total weight on the motherboard.
I can't get over how squirmy pc centric is it throws me off trying to watch sometimes
The Pc case it's very ugly,it looks like an aquarium ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
7900xtx would of been better..
This is not a first timer pc, this is a pro gaming pc. Change the title
So cringe when they started pulling on the CPU Socket handle, lol would def be LOL content if they ripped it out in the brief moment they just pulled up on the bar….well, we all have to start somewhere ๐ I'm still learning and def not the best to PC building, built my sons, his momma's and my pc, from High-end to mid to low spec PCs lol GG
My new computer came in a the same size white, Hyte case but I didn't know you could get that LCD panel on it. I like that feature.
๐ค
the audio for this video dosen't seem to be hd… odd
How come the screen on the case isn't working at the end?
Once i get a few extra dollars I'm buying that mouse mat
I build my first PC in 10 years. although it wasn't hard, it took way longer than it should have.
โYou look like a strong man.. but youโre very weak..โ ๐๐๐
Bruh I died ๐ญ๐
Doesn't the pro psu cable kit come with a sleeved 12vhpr cable?
that case is wicked, love it
W Rob!
Bros case is a microwave ๐
Asus Rog ryujin III 360 or Lian Li galahad II LCD? which AIO should I buy for my 7950X3D? what is the difference in performance between these two?
I'm so glad i bought into the corsair link system less mess
Does it bother anyone else @14:10 that the three installed fans on the front of the case are oriented as exhaust fans? Those should be flipped around for intake. You want positive pressure, that fan setup will give you negative pressure, sucking in all manner of detritus.
I like to dude prefect drop my cpu into the socket
It looks absolutely amazing! He did overspend a lot for what he has though
You've got all Lian Li SL infinity fans. Why didn't he also go for 3 on the AIO ?
Delicate and tedious I wouldn't say it's challenging though
Iโm so excited to build my first pc. Itโs completely led by your guidance. 7900xtx and 7800x3d
bro just get some neat looking extension cables and they will look so much better
is r5 5600 or r5 7500f better? whats worth more price to performance?
I am building my first ever in the next week I think that I can get it done. But there is always that uncertainty that makes you nervous edited anyone that wants to know it will be a Ryzen 7800x3d with 4060ti 32gb memory 980 pro 2tb in the 3000d airflow water cooler. Just got it for Christmas and so excited
Wait for a month to get 4080 super for 10% boost in performance and better price: โ
Buy a pc right away to regret: โ
2 years ago I bought my first PC for ยฃ100, replaced/ upgraded nearly every part. Broke a Mobo, CPU and GPU fan, HD died all along the way, I watched loads of videos, researched, used PC Partpicker lots of websites and read manuals. There is no way I would spend ยฃ3200 on a first build, so easy to bend/ snap a pin on the Mobo or CPU (If AMD). There's a lot of very expensive mistakes that can happen.
Edit: love you and your videos, but building a PC isn't simple (imo) and I think this highlights it too, because it didn't work.
You held his hand the whole time. Next time let a newbie figure it all out then help when needed.
"Youre a strong man but very weak" ๐๐๐๐
Can you do a review on the jonsbo tk1 case please?
Not bad build but i just wonder if you wanted white build why didn't you go for the hyte y70 all white Case instead of the white and black
I put together my first one yesterday! Nothing like the first time.
I'm about to build this weekend for the very first time. I started out knowing only the minimum basics, after about a week of research and your reviews I now feel confident that I have spent less money for similar performance as the pre-build I had my eye on. I'm still nervous but this really helped me calm my nerves somewhat. Thanks for all your work and education!
Oh and specs if anyone is curious:
7800X3D
Powercolor XT 7900XTX hellhound
MSI MAG B650 tomahawk wifi
2ร16GB 6000Hz CL30
2TB SSD
1000W corsair psu
Phanteks eclipse G500A
Arctic liquid freezer ii 360
Choices based on a mix of what I want/what I realistically actually need and what was reasonably priced. Equivalent of $2760 because I live in Norway
My pc should have been either $600 or 2x more powerful but I wanted to do a smart future proof memory power supply donโt resale very good but cpu and gpu resale almost as much as retail so I cheapes out there. Plus it doesnโt hurt emotionally to spend $700 on gpu cpu especially when I got most my money back selling the old ones but spending another $300 on memory psi ect would sting
Day 18 of asking for a gaming pc
My personal experience, cable management was the worst part, especially trying not to mangle connectors like usb3 or 3pin argb
It's not hard you just need $$$ ๐
Iโm building my first pc tommorrow! I have all the parts except for my motherboard (bought wrong size) but Iโm excited and (I bought a 4060ti I donโt give a fuck what you say it was like 350 and Iโll pay 30 bucks extra for the nvidia software
