As an aside … there was a car concept in the 1950s that had an extra tire that would come down just to help with parking. You drive the front of your car into place, then the tire would drop down and elevate the rear tires off the ground and let you rotate the rear of a car into a spot.
Similar to what that Hyndai concept is doing (obviously to a lesser extent … but it was also 70 years ago).
