  1. What can this do that a phone can't?

  2. is that a toy

  3. Thats stupid.

  4. “supertiny”, no it isn’t

  5. Anyone older than a millenial or younger than a gen z will be able to figure it out in a few minutes. Please hand this thing over to a 12 year old so we can get a proper demo.

  6. Awesome finally we have real world Jarvis now

  7. This seems… unnecessary? It's just an automator that could easily be built into a phone as a UI or assistant.

  8. later this year? 2025?

  9. Well. Looks scammy even with TE body.

  10. This is a nice one for the Forgotten Tech lists 😅

  11. Make it $99 and add parental controls. Easy new learning device for kids.

  12. Boring

  13. I want to play games on it 😢

  14. This will fail miserably

  15. But does it
    play 🌽 Orn

  16. Only worth it if it’s completely offline

  17. Big LOL

  18. The screen should’ve been AMOLED

  19. there are opportunistic people who're making money from the word – AI. Y would anyone use an additional device that doesn't do anything more than what your phone can already. I don't even wear a watch as I've already got in it on my phone.

  20. 2024 tamagotchi.
    Will go the same way

  21. Ask it how old is beyoncé 🥴

  22. This shouldn't be a device. If anything it should be an application, smart phones cant be replaced as easily as what this company thinks. I would purchase it as an application. It would be way cooler.

  23. This is simultaneously pretty useless but as AI improves, this is probably the future. But will it ever be better than just using our phones? Unlikely.

  24. Damn all these commentrers have no faith….it does a lot more than she showed guys….it's a language model that can also do complex tasks like book a whole vacation trip for you, including the plane tickets, the hotel, everything….think how much time you will save NOT scrolling through apps or pressing buttons, just speaking things into existence instead…it's like having an assistant do all the work for you. Ever seen the movie "Her" ? This is that….genuinely stoked on this! and unlike a phone, it's only $200

  25. The whole selling point of the device is being able to interact with your apps. Why on earth did they only try one command that could be easily achieved by voice assistants already, and two which doesn't involve any apps.

  26. now sell to apple for 10 mil and integrate to ios, ez money

  27. This is fun to mess around with, but for anything else, no. just no.

  28. All of the most reputable product launches are done from hotel bedrooms…

  29. It will end up like Humane AI pin, there’s lot do on the phone, other than asking how, what, where, when, why

  30. Brad Pitt's age caught in the crossfire

  31. Theyre onto something. From over abundance of content, a need for simplification will be inevitable.

We will a see a temporary trend towards "anti-feed" "anti-social media" ….it will come on cycles.

In saying this, We are witnessing the birth of true A I

  32. How is this better than Google Assistant on my son's $150 phone?

  33. Waste of my money you can do more on your phone Google AI

  34. What a useless review. Did they not see the launch?

  35. no thx

  36. Is it really smart? Or is it just a device that reads from a compilation of human hypothesis? Just because a device speaks things beyond what you thought you knew, doesn't mean it's facts! It only means what you've always thought is being challenged. A.I is only the future to challenge what it truly means to be human. If you don't remember anything that im saying here, remember this! The devil glamorizes temptation, for your own self-destruction. A person that has no understanding, is a person that can't understand, what's understood.

  37. Buy why when you can do this on our phones. Doesn't make sense.

  38. “I’ve only had a few minutes to check it out.”

  39. voice command will always be slower than navigating a screen by hand or mouse/keyboard. good luck multitasking on this and trying to check/write emails while looking up when the nearest train or bus is coming or maps navigating while answering a call.

  40. So it’s a handheld ai assistant?

  41. CNET doing this thing a disservice by only talking about voice assistance.

This is actually a really cool device that is way more than just an AI assistant, but for some recent CNET failed to show that. It can connect to your smartphone at home and perform actions with your apps, as well as allow you to teach it new actions by just showing it a screen recording. It's kinda like if you had an intern at home that's actually doing the things on your phone or computer that you ask it to.

  42. So a cheap phone thats bulky and obsolete

  43. Is this a limited cellphone and even a limited smartwatch?

  44. Okay.
    Or…and just hear me out…
I can just use my phone.
