Both of these phones take some of the absolute best photos you can get from any phone today, especially in challenging environments like in high-contrast scenes or places with low lighting. I took hundreds of photos with both phones and compared them side by side. The results revealed that both the iPhone 15 Pro Max and the S24 Ultra excelled in some situations and struggled in others.

I want to upgrade my 13 pro max to this phone so bad
Having 3 top flagship devices (iPhone 15 Pro Max, Galaxy S24 Ultra and Pixel 8 Pro) because I own cellphone stores and like to daily devices let me tell you all 3 take great videos and pictures now. The iPhone takes amazing videos and decent pictures and the Galaxy takes the best zoomed in pics and the best detailed pics. The Pixel is 3 for best pictures and videos after the other devices. Enjoy any and trust me you'll be good!
Samsung photos always look HEAVILY processed, boarding on completely fake. I’d take the iPhone every time, everything looks more natural, you know, like a photo. And the video, well it’s not even close. Never going back to Samsung or Google. iPhone for the win.

1. You're comparing digital zoom with optical zoom 🤦
2. You're doing a camera comparison but you ignore videography.
3. You didn't mention what modes you were shooting on with both
4. Where is the video comparison?
5. Where is macro photography?
The iPhone is better for taking pictures of people but both are good choices

I'm a legally blind man, and I've been using Samsung's Ultra phones for several years. I'm using the s24 ultra currently. I use the zoom lenses on a daily basis to help me see objects in everyday life. Restaurant menus, Street signs, animals at the zoo all become visible to me with my Samsung phone.
The S24 ULTRA stands out well. However I'm sticking with my Green Samsung Galaxy S23 ULTRA so I'll be waiting for the S25 ULTRA
You cant go wrong with either but iPhone is more consistent for sure i have a s24u and a 13pm. There are definitely times where the iphone gives a better photo or video

You really need to look for differences in this case. Most people would be happy with either one so pick which you prefer. Personally would choose iPhone because I spent 10 years with Android. Love to try something different.
I have S24 Ultra and 15 Pro. Only thing I prefer the iPhone for is video. But outside of that, the S24 Ultra is just an overall better tech tool and the one I’d keep if I had to get rid of one of them.

I remember when the Galaxy is the cheaper better option vs an iPhone, now it's just more expensive and not as advanced as before.

9:10 the iPhone's photo looks super oversharpened and AI enhanced it makes the cat looks dirty. S24 Ultra is much nicer and more natural. If you know about photography, you can tell the iPhone almost always does this computational oversharpening and contrast boosting to look more detailed but it is just fake artificial detail and. The S24 Ultra is clearly better.
After watch this video. I'll go for the iphone. The ultra only for work in office but not for a photographer. Other than that I'll consider a Vivo X100 pro. Wrapped up: Iphone is the best all rounder for both work and play. Nice job apple.

3:38 You failed to mention that 3D video recording on the iPhone 15 Pro models is actually inferior vs recording 3D videos directly with the Apple Vision Pro.
Apple Vision Pro has more depth vs the iPhone 15 Pro models when recording 3D videos.
I have the 15 pro max and am team apple all the way, but admittedly like the Ultra’s photo’s more, as well as their screen. Not enough to switch over, but yeah, I like the Ultra more.
