Depends what you define as "tech". If you don't count an internet connection, chargers and cables, then for me it would be phone, earphones & laptop. With those 3 things and the occasional internet connection I can easily travel the world and not really miss much. If I had to do work on the trip then I'd maybe leave the earphones and take a proper mouse.
