  1. what a lovely woman!

  2. I'm afraid of commitment. can't wear a ring.

  3. Annoyingly they’ll probably charge a monthly fee where my Ringconn is free.

  4. Where can you purchase the Evie ring?

  5. Having worn a Oura ring for over a year, and seeing some of the competition, Oura are still far ahead. The competitions apps are quite basic and the information gathered, and how that's used, in the competition is quite basic. Oura use of the data, is quite unique and really very useful and interesting. Yes, they charge a monthly fee, but the quality of the information you get back, is far, far ahead of the competition.

  6. I have worn the Oura Ring Gen 3 (for 2 years) and the Apple Watch Ultra (for 1.5 years). I only take them off to charge. I feel that the Oura Ring is much better for sleep tracking and the app is better than Apple Health or any other Apple Watch health app.

    Just one person’s opinion…

  7. I can’t imagine getting one of these, but I’d rock it s as an every day wedding ring just to preserve my real one. lol

  8. please god let it control my apple tv. i already love the aptv remote but i always am searching for it. maybe allow both to control it with minimal controls allowed on the ring. just please let us choose the controls. i personally am always adjusting volume from different sources so i’d assign volume control with play/pause. and waterproof!!!!! so i can swim with it and play the next song to my waterproof earbuds. maybe use tap gestures to switch between devices it’s controlling with a colored glowing dot to indicate which device mode it’s in.

  9. I think it is going to be more impressive if it can monitor the glucose level. see who does it first.

  10. Nice

  11. Thank you, Bridget, for being one of us (awful sleep pattern habits)!

  12. I use handcream many times each day — every time I wash my hands. How would handcream affect these fitness rings? Does handcream delay you from putting the ring back on after you put on the cream so you don’t ruin the ring?

  13. The Apple Ring will be $1000 and it will just be a normal everyday ring that is useless without the phone while adding no new features than the competition.

  14. I want a small screen on it so I can watch movies on my finger.

  15. a ring is NOT needed.

  16. The Apple Watch to a lesser and lesser degree depends on the iPhone. A screenless ring would need to depend on an external device to get (likely 95%ish) of the data the ring captures (no thank you). I'm guessing the next device is a chip injected in us with some sort of targeted brain monitoring (Apple Watch?) device……heaven forbid it's nudnick Eloy Tusk's Neuralink.

  17. I ditched my Oura after getting so enraged with the subscription. For a $400 ring you shouldn't have to pay even more every month just to get your own data. What a rip-off. I would be all-in for a stylish Apple watch that could magsafe/Qi charge. Plus I could wear a Rolex or Omega rather than my Apple Watch, which I love, but I would prefer only to wear that for exercise now.

But having something that integrates well within the Apple ecosystem would be a game-changer. Especially if it could act as a 2FA passkey or something like that, and also of course track steps and sleep.

  18. I guess this is the era of the Quantified Self?

  19. that ring gone be 3;000

  20. I fail to see what a smart ring could provide that my Apple Watch can't.

  21. Like aren’t we wearing enough tech wearing computers is tacky i dont need it

  22. don't care.

  23. Precious… My precious!

  24. It can be used as tuby key

  25. Are you bringing back the "CNET Update"? How time flies…

  26. It would be nice if the ring could run on solar power so we don’t have to think about recharging it.

  27. Apple, pls stop follow people invention. Soon Apple will be a company for only copycat company

  28. sleep ring from apple would complete the collection

  29. A ring that was really a companion to the Vision Pro for better hand tracking plus making it a health tracker would be 🔥

  30. the main function of apple ring is for complete apple vision pro gesture

  31. Singing Bowls [🥣] was recently added to Apple Music & is profoundly satisfying on the meditation chair as well as in anyone’s wind down.

  32. Yes, it needs to be here yesterday. A collab with Hermes for some versions would be a game changer.

  33. Oura Ring is an excellent devise. Apple has their work cut out for them.

  34. I hate watches, lol. I've been using an Oura ring for over two years. The battery failed after the first year, but they replaced the ring. And yeah, the $6/month sub fee is kinda silly, but I doubt they would have replaced it so kindly w/o the sub fee.

  35. Couldn't build a car. So we'll build a ring out of spare parts.

  36. One ring to rule them all.

  37. Apple is in a unique position not to include a monthly subscription or to bundle it, $2.99 iCloud plan gets you the extra storage, private relay and the ring. Or make it so the battery last a month and the ring does 0 computing. All the heavy lifting is done by the phone

  38. Its like married with apple😜

  39. Apple will launch the ONE RING…… One ring to bring them into ios and bind them…. ONE Ring to rule them all.😂😂😂

  40. Anyone see that ring can butchered apple watch line… Use brain ppl!

  41. If sleep stages augment when multiple devices are worn, well then, I think I may have the most accurate sleep stages on Earth! This is what I still have on me after my seven-hour test last night:
    1. Ultrahuman Ring Air (bionic gold), right index
    2. Ultrahuman Ring Air (matte black), left index
    3. ŌURA Ring gen 3, (silver) right thumb
    4. ŌURA Ring gen 2, (black) right ring
    5. Circular Ring Slim (black) left thumb
    6. Circular Ring Pro (black) left index finger above my Ultrahuman Ring Air
    7. Garmin Instinct 2X solar (flame red) left wrist
    8. OnePlus Watch 2.0 (radiant steel) on my right wrist
Was it too much, yes! Was it uncomfortable, nope. But the 9th device was the Libre 3 glucose sensor in the back of my left bicep. I rolled over on my left side around 05:00 and felt a sharp pain. I have high hopes for the Amazfit Helio ring and hope I can just wear the ring and night and an Amazfit smartwatch. As for the Apple smart ring, who knows if it will be able to compete against the Finnish and their pride and joy, ŌURA Ring generation 4…?

  42. The problem for Apple/Samsung is, a ring will/may cannibalise the smart watch. I would love a ring in place of my Apple Watch to track my sleep.

  43. If battery is what you want then get a Fitbit. These reasons for a ring don't make sense

  44. Are we sure that this device wont violate any patents like the last Apple Watch did?

  45. Actually sleep focus is not needed, you could skip that step. Only turning the settings on and setting a schedule works for me.

  46. Apple is never at the forefront of of tech – they let the dust settle and then bring out something that is better than its competitors. The same will happen here I expect.

  47. I’m wearing my Apple Watch Ultra since the launch every day and night.

  48. Apple add

  49. Oh Bridget you never disappoint

  50. Look like I'm using last more than half decade using mi band and it's batter than apple watch.
