Smartphones are not the problem, it is us surrendering to social media. I don't have any social media apps on my phone other than WhatsApp just to get free international calling.

Lol I have had this phone for a while, but I got it for $30 thru tracfone. It’s funny I have never been happier since I put down my smart cellular device for this one, and now it’s an internet “challenge “ 😅
It’s interesting because halfway through this I realized some of these challenges are only issues for city people. I’d be interested to hear a similar review from someone who lived in a more rural/suburban area

if i did this i'd use a classic 2g/3g handset from back in the day – 2g still exists in the uk for as much as the next 10 years so it'd work and it'd mean you wouldnt miss the point of being more intentional
