I've watched enough return box unboxings on various channels, some by channels that specifically do this to flip the items. There's no way Frank didn't buy a few of these boxes and cherry pick to put the good stuff in one box for the video.

Why would a company sell you a box full of new stuff that could be sold for 10 times what they sold it to you for?
Either YouTubers fake it, or the company gives them good boxes to sucker us plebs in and that's when they unload the dog sh*t on to us.

Frank the Surfboards should go for $20 each as is without issue. Beats paying the cable company $10+ a month
I use those monitors with roku boxes and portable batteries for cheap, large streaming tablets.
USB-C DisplayPort alt-mode isn't always supported on anything with a USB port, laptops you're more likely to have it supported and pretty unlikely to have a given usb-c port on your desktop fully support it unless it's right off of the GPU and even that can be a coin flip
