As people also point out, the Ryzen 5500 lacks support for PCIE4, which can lower FPS with this Gen 4 GPU. It's fine for a temporary basis, but again, a CPU upgrade would be recommended long term!

while i running game the FPS keep running around 8-20, even i running a old game like war of warcraft still keep at low FPS

Dude… the 4060 is not very good and way too expensive for what it is.
Some of us dont even know what we want so if you have a computer back from 2012 this would probably be a good entry level system if you want to get into 4060 and 5500.
I’m going to use a 5600x just need to know if the 4060 will be bottle necked or not and is it good for streaming

Ryzen 5 5500 is a Gen3 cpu. Basically u created bottleneck to ur Gen4 gpu amd Gen4 ssd. 😂 amazing.

5500 only supports gen3 PCIE
You shouldn't overhang your RAM slots with the AMD logo bump on the stock cooler. You can unscrew the shroud and put it in any position you like. The way you installed the cooler, you will have to remove the cooler or at least the shroud if you want to populate the second memory bank.
50ms of latency in a single player game is terrible. I already thought the 4060 was probably crap. Thanks for confirming. I'm shocked you didn't run out of VRAM with both frame gen and RT on. But Cyberpunk isn't as VRAM heavy as future games are likely to be.

I have the same build expect I have 6600 xt. Thanks for not shaming people over buying Ryzen 5 5500 over 5600 XD the price difference is small but I manage to up my GPU to XT by going 5500.
I do understand, You are going for a cheap gaming pc and if You are not adding different pc cooler (literally 20-30 pounds option) please add some extra fans. It cost around 10 pound for 2-3 fans it will make a difference for sure but will not destroy your wallet.

Ryzen 5 5500 does not support Gen4 NVME speeds even if the motherbord is , so be carefull

06:20 If I was to follow this I might well have a very, very hot CPU and maybe a very melted MB, you forgot the thermal paste! I mean if your doing a "how to" this might be helpful to those who might be following along, the ironic thing is you remembered the plastic on the M.2. Or am I forgetting that the AMD fan comes with paste on the bottom, not used a generic fan in a very long time.
R5 3600 is a better cpu than R5 5500 because of pcie 4 which is necessary for rtx 4060.
Me watching these vids knowing damn right I'm not even near that type of money saved
