How do you get Linux on a windows 8 laptop reply a link 👇
Why are you always out of focus?
When I see something North Korea related I feel sad for them, I hope they get their freedom one day.
We used sewerslide linux in college for exam practice, Really helps you memorize commands when you cant mess up
I would love a distribution made for those who have used Windows all their lives and don't understand anything about Linux. I know there are distributions that try to do that, but when I tried them there were many things that I didn't understand or couldn't find how to do it.
I mean I use Manjaro but we all saw how he abused that last time so….
try AmongOS
UWUNTU!
Everything should be orange. And it will pull a random cancelation issue roughly every 6th month, that it will always manage to pull back from
I am disappointed that AmogOS didn’t make the themed Linux list lmao
LTT distro should drop the mounted drives randomly
no AmogOS?
3:58 Standing here I realized
The Vinux distro was actually really interesting. My father has been a completely blind software developer for my entire life (30 years), and he's used various screen readers on different platforms to do his work. JAWS for Windows, I forget for Ubuntu. Vinux might not have been very good out of the box, but there are people out there who are visually impaired who can work just fine with the tools out there. Assuming the application is accessible he's probably even better with PCs than me; I learned almost everything I know about keyboard shortcuts from him.
Your LTT linux distro also called Your Late To Touch Linux that anticipates your every move and thought ahead of you.
it's Ai-driven Linux that turns Copilot into Autopilot.
it is always there to save your day and make your night a nightmare,
you won't regret trying this distribution, once started you won't even have time to regret your life choices…
and don't panic, it will never break, it's just by design…
No TempleOS?
Partner with Framework to make a distro specifically for gaming that runs best on their hardware.
I didn't know about Suicide Linux, so I thought it was like an embedded OS that was going to be installed in euthanasia machines. I guess the reality is less weird.
Needs a Linus Getting Owned Counter (and all videos with Elijah need an Elijah Getting Owned Counter). Failing at basic maths (I knew what 19 * 2 is off the top of my head), trying to make a "haha Linux users need to go outside" joke but failing because he lives in Canada and so he doesn't have an actual outside, etc.
In the next video, I want to see you try Puppy Linux
LLLT – and it's neat little trick would be that it brings you to helpful repair guides for whatever you're trying to do
how DARE you not trying the legendary templeOS lmao
there was a indepenent study done on redstar OS that HackaDay shared. The os actually does not have standard network access. The person looking it discovered that all traffic is routed to 3 main IP addresses that are owned by the North Korean goverment. Meaning that all computers with Red Star OS are treated like a giant corporate network
Try out NixOS. The entire OS (software, settings, users, networking, etc.) is defined in one configuration file. To install a new program, you edit the config.
The Linux challenge is what brought me in as a regular LTT viewer. Loved this episode too… can't wait to see what you come up with. (I suggest basing your distribution on Debian)
For an LTT distro, I think something like the System Recovery one except for benchmarking would be good.
Maybe even work with Level1Techs to make it useful for server and other enterprise level computers.
