I got this monitor few days ago. Can't even get past 140 fps on Helldivers 2. Don't get this monitor.
Console vs Pc
*No troubleshooting
*No tinkering
*No maintenance
*No stutter
*No crashing
*No horrible ports
*No cheaters
*No noise
*Less heat
*Much less electricity usage (hundreds of $$$ in a few years)
*Extreme depreciation $3000 Pc will cost less than 2000 in 2years+. Console 449 and after 4 years still £409 .
**If it makes you feel better, you can replace "NO" with "Much less"
Pc gamers say that games are cheaper? All I see here in UK £2-10 cheaper. And console gamers have to pay subscribsion right?
You will pay for electricity much more so forget what you saved here.
I almost never buy games.
For the last 26 months I paid only £4 a month for Game pass Ultimate and played lots of good games for free.
Now playing Diablo 4, Star Wars Jedi Survivor .
Amazing value. So I would have game pass no matter what. Just these 2 games paid off all my 2years+ of game pass.
PS5 better than 3060. In a few months PS5Pro will be coming out,probably will be close to 4060ti – 4070
I like to press and play and I got no time and patience to deal with all the Pc stuff.
I wouldnt play console if I cant choose 60fps. All Xbox X optimized games I played have option of 60fps or 120. Things have changes since Xbox X and PS5 came out, no need for Pc.
I just got my gigabyte 32 oled. these qd oled panels nothing like the say c2 42. text is dscent definatly no ips glow . 240 hz is amazing. gaiming is excelent colors videos etc great. black levels are good but not as good as an oled tv. with the goofy grey purplish reflective filter or whatever they put in these qd oled panels and having no polorizer. in a naturally lit room from a window or whatever. it destroys the blacks in a dimmly lit room at night they are ok. my biggest gripe. woled probably better got this tom possibly future proof with the hdmi 2.1 wish blacks were better. ill keep it just for the 4k 240hz its simply amazing
unless you review every current 240hz 4k OLED side-by-side (and are able to discern / measure the differences) then calling this "the best monitor ever made" is a big clickbait .. I didn't see color measurement charts or response time charts..

I really want to see your LG 240/480Hz OLED compared to this. I would like to know if you can plug in your Android phone via USB C to Displayport, and have the camera app work in full screen, not just mobile phone size?

Well I dont really need 4k monitor for 4070 as I will not really get even nearly to 240hz with 4k,I cannot get 170 fps in 2k for most new games,so I think getting this screen is really overkill

It's not ultrawide. Ultrawide is better for games and movies. It's also better for productivity.
Imho, I feel the LG one that is capable of switching to the 480Hz 1080p mode superior.

The Display Guy just did a video on a 32" 4K RGB Int-jet Printed OLED that looks like some pretty amazing tech.
Would this be an upgrade if I am currently using a PG32UQX?
Something else to consider is the technology of the OLED itself.
ASUS using Samsung's 2nd gen QD OLED which has the purple tinted blacks whereas the LG is a WOLED which is a slightly more pure black contrast.
I would never go back to lcd now i have an LG 1440 240hz oled 27" monitor for pc and a 42" c3 for ps5/series x the image quality is insane once youve tried oled you cant go back, id reccomend to anyone
