For 2026, I wish ! , I envision a new size standard featuring a fully active screen: the iPad A5 with a 10-inch M7 MicroLED, the iPad A4 with a 14-inch M7 MicroLED, and the iPad A3 with a 20-inch M7 MicroLED. It's a logical progression, ….. isn't it?

This M4 chip is just infuriatingly restricted! All that immense power, only to be throttled. Utterly useless!, just large iphone .

60hz on the Air? Might as well just keep my iPad…uh, I forgot what gen. It works fine.
I hope in ipadOS 18 they add a bit more support with external drives SSD, possibly even an external disc drive too, some more options with Files app. People talk about MacOS on iPad, that would be horrible. BUT, they definitely need some type of software so the ipadOS can use full MacOS software, possibly some type of Rosetta translation os MacOS to IPadOS, i really want to be able to download Steam, Xcode and Unity.

I was expecting that apple would say 'Ipad pro can now run macos dev tools like swift (full version not playgrounds), node, angular, react, etc)'. whose gonna buy with that price point? even my 7 year old ipad pro can do what i needed to do – watching netflix and run teamviewer to remote my mac.
