If this keyboard had hall effect switches, it would be the king of the hill hands down. Regular MX style switches are what does it in for me.
WOW, $500 for a keyboard. You can get a PC for that price. I don't think it is worth the cost because the battery will not last long due to the mini display screen, and I don't see a primary volume dial as I like to control this on my keyboard.
It's a nice premium keyboard but, absolutely no keyboard is worth a $200 pricetag much less a $500 one lol. We are all getting scammed. Fire video as usual. Cheers.

Sorry, but 500$ and you still got those ugly a** keycaps with horrendous font and no hall effect switches, north facing LEDs, no custom aluminium case (and you have to use Armoury Crate as well). As a regular customized Azoth user, thats such a wierd, almost stupid, take from Asus.

Ok I came here GIGA skeptical seeing the title, and after watching, I will say one thing : I think it's as overpriced as the 2023 azoth was.
In the "gaming keyboard" market : it is one of the better keyboard out there, the think looks like a tank, and if you're into GAMERY DESIGN POG OMG then that is it.
In the wider "keyboard" market ? … At this price, given the feature set ? … Damn I dont think I can recommend. I think they over spent time and money on some features that you would rarely use and it makes the price hard to justify.
I understand why it's this pricy, it has some very interesting feature, basically being able to switch from a top mount feel to a gasket mount, or at least a flexier feel, and the absurd amount of foam and cuts in the pcb makes the thing sound really nice out of the box… But then it makes the thing 500 which brings it to custom keyboard price, and NOT cheap custom, at that. So for me, it's really more a miss than a hit. For 500, I'll take a 200$ keyboard and mod the shit out of it myself (but I understand not everybody is into customs).
Oh and since half of the comment are talking about hall effect (the other half, about Drake), I inform you guys that some people do not give the tiniest amount of fuck about magnetic switches, weither you think it should be a requirement at a given price point or not.

8k polling wireless, the looks and the keyboard sound are nice. Just not €500 nice. And naming it extreme gamer is soooo 2020 marketing belloni. Asus right? How is the aftercare? Mass production and still higher priced than any comparable custom board. I pass on this one or any other ASUs product. Hope your check was just as high as the price of the keyboard, you deserve it.👊🏼

I've used regular Azoth for two years now. The main selling points are: 2000hr wireless (its true) + oled screen. But those two things work against each other. The regular version has plastic bottom and is stiff even after modding – this one is better but no one should buy at that price. Personally I would prefer a wireless HE version with a knob.

I paid about $120 for the regular Azoth and planning to buy another keyboard, like Wooting 60HE. No way I'm paying for a keyboard as much as an RX 7800 XT.
It's not a bad keyboard considering that these are all features that 300-400 dollar boards have as well, but north facing leds, despite it not really being an issue with current switches/keycaps, is a bit iffy.
So because of that, 350-450 would be fair and 500 would only make sense if it was on groupbuy, imo.
