There is already tools that allow you to run any game with fsr but they have to be in window mode and there are bugs.
It makes my games look really blurry
FSR being able to potentially be used as a post process injection immediately makes it a compelling choice for me thanks to my penchant for playing heavily visually modded older games

I build my first gaming PC specifically to play Anno 1800 (I even build it the day before launch Day), I had a good budget so I went for a 2080 back in the day but, I was very dissapointed that, when my cities started to get big enough, I started lo lose a lot of frames. 5 year old gpu support? Try 8 year old gpu support. I was able to play the new Myst game with FSR using my gtx 765m laptop from 2013. FSR made it possible to run at a playable framrate with medium and some high settings with what could pass as 1080p.
Color me super impressed. The more games that get this the better!
