I also fully change on my Surface Tablet with X Plus. I can confirm. Now discomfort is only battery life in 2.5h gaming… So bad, but IS capable of running all the stuff.

Dude at this point dbrand and ltt have a toxic relationship.
Fair challenge, Windows ARM is cool besides RT/prior attempts but copilot, slim, ok specs/other aspects and more Laptops… Pass… Ok sound, keyboards/audio jack. OLED/HDR pass.
With the efficiency gains that AMD has been able to demonstrate on the new Ryzen processors I truely question if switching to a ARM based laptop makes sense considering the sacrifices that need to be made to make it happen. I do wish that with the push to ARM based laptops we would start seeing the integration of cellular modems like has been seen for years now in the business space. It would be so nice to be able to connect to the internet anywhere I go without needing to rely on shotty public wifi or my phone hotspot

Personally, I am really enjoying my Yoga 7x Slim and kinda disappointed it wasn't chosen for this test. Screen is amazing (and touch), speakers are a little underpowered, but I use bluetooth headphones with DTS-X, which is included, so it's not an issue.
I have the Lenova Yoga 7X 14 with 32g ram and 1tb memory and the finest screen available and largest battery. Also some nice gents on youtube figured out putting a dual fan laptop cooler under it will improve performance due to new engineering spec about surface temp not exceeding 45C , so performance can be bottle-necked there.
Dell is making weird decisions, no headphone jack, awful keyboard design, invisible trackpad, bad io. The old XPSes were so much better
What about an external GPU for it?
You need to test the bluetooth chip on these. With everyone connecting 3+ devices all the time you need a chip that works well (pro tip. Most don’t).
All things considered, can it run games like valorant with 144+ fps?…since it has more cores.
