The ASUS ROG Matrix Platinum is hands down the BEST 4090 you can buy. Except for the fact that it costs $3200. Considering that Nvidia’s card is supposed to retail for literally half that, I bet that a watercooling noob could PAY themselves to learn. Buy all pump, radiators and waterblocks from companies like Corsair, Bykski, EK Waterblock, and Optimus cooling and STILL have money to spare.

The scripting and editing on this video really felt like TV production, and generally not in a bad way. It did build a bit of distance from the viewer due to a more-corporate-less-YouTuber feel, but there was a great mix of entertainment and education all done with slick production quality that shows off the skills of all the team off and on camera.

Question on the temp comparisons: If you had separate loops for the GPU and CPU, could you get the performance of the ROG Matrix you were benchmarking against? After all, the ROG card's cooling doesn't deal with the heat from both CPU and GPU?
For water cooling to make sense we need the blocks (including GPU) to be forwards compatible. Buy once and they should last pretty much indefinitely.

If you're using soft tubing, one way to add additional style and limit the chances a bend will kink is to print support brackets for your tubing. If used with clear tubing, it can give the appearance of hard tubing.
