Sorry about the random blanking, some weird issue there! What was the latest blank that appears in the video – timestamps would be amazing!
its not 24 inch, don't want it
I prefer glossy over matte too. Glossy IMO, is like looking out of a freshly cleaned window pane. Matte is like looking out of a window pane smeared with filth.
pointless until 5090 atleast minimum
Is there any 24 inch and 1080p OLED monitor with high refresh rate?
Just shame about the size I like to see 5120×1440 faster 480hz seems OP.
DoA product. 1000$ for 27 qhd matte coating oled?! Thanks for showing how bad the reflection handling is on this coating and this oily effect. Gonna search for pg32ucdm with an adeque price. Good video – very helpful.๐
textures ultra / rest low / off get those fps high
Barely can afford it, canโt buy it altogether ๐๐๐
no comments on VRR flicker?
e LG 32GS95UX-B 32" UltraGearโข Dual-Mode OLED Gaming Monitor with 4K UHD and Pixel Sound not a better buy if it's nearly the same price? You get 480Hz at Full HD on a 32-inch screen, which is impressive without stretching the sides in-game. The only concern is pixel clarity at 1080p on a 32-inch display. But for FPS games, does it really matter? I'm asking because I'm considering one.
No DP 2.1 not worth it and no future proof
1440P at 480HZ OLED is so endgame cleaity cool!! Now we just need graphics cards and monitors that support 120Gbps thunderbolt 5 connections to not have to use Display Stream Compression DSC. Because even Display Port 2.1 UHBR20 is only 80Gbps and thatโs not even enough for this. Maybe we will see more than 1 meter cables sooner from thunderbolt 5 then for DP2.1.
oled r all the same. the fastest OLED gaming monitor u can buy is asus pg248qp with ulmb2.
Display port 1.4… wtf
How much they pay you ?
๐๐
This guy is a lost nerd
From the footage in the video it seems like you base your thoughts not on the max fps the monitor can display. maybe some people turn down the settings even more.
Hmmm the video kept going black for me as well
Review the coming Acer Predator and Nitro PLEASE!!!
Great review as always!
Can you make a review of the new g8 oled (g80sd)?
great pannel but i am closing in to getting XG27AQDMG instead, i think the 480hz feature is just for less than a handful games like CS, valorant, Fortnite and even those you have to play on low and still you wont have 480 consistently, even if you do i guess that high framerate is appealing to the Hardcore or professional FPS gamers, 240 is plenty enough imho and above that you have diminishing returns, The glossy finish on the XG27AQDMG is more appealing as is the 300โฌ price difference. The only drawback to me is the slightly worst text clarity cause it uses the previous subpixel format and i would love to use the newer RGWB.
testing 480hz without single game at actual 480 fps? weird
As soon as a 16:10 glossy version of this is out, I'll buy one, 16:10 is a much better aspect for PC gaming, 16:9 is mainly for console games and TV shows.
3:45 does anyone else panic when he puts it over the edge of the desk?
This guy actually said 230nits max brightness is more than anyone needs, wtf are you on? LMAO thats dull af cause I own the 2725df and sdr is straight dead looking.
I think I'm fine with my m28u right now lol
Stand is so ugly
Homeboy is given a 480Hz competitive monitor to test and tests it using ultra graphics settings.
Buddy, I can squeeze low 400s at 1440p from Modern Warfare 2019 at 100% render resolution (13900K + 4090). How are you getting 240 FPS out of FORTNITE, of all things?
Weird question but does 4k actually make a really noticeable difference? I'm using a 1440p for 7 years now and it feels great and I tried running 1080p in a couple of games and other than text being bigger it didn't feel like much has changed
how many of you freaked out each time he moved the monitor to the edge of the desk lol
Cool monitor Marcus!
