[2:12:59] Outro ft. Efficient Dan.
1:55:22 Dan's sense of humor is just so sharp. While multitasking! What a guy
Could also just do carpooling for work. Pay an employee a little extra to go around and pick other employees up.
Take some extra money and build an underground parking garage… Done. That's only about 1 and 1/2 to 2 and 1/2 million dollars. I mean I get that's a lot of money however it would keep the car safe while they're at work which I'm sure your employees would love. For about 50 cars*
I understand it wouldn't be possible for every day however provide your employees with electric bikes. Encourage them to use them to get to work. You taking electric bike to work instead of a motorcycle or normal vehicle. I mean obviously whenever the weather is appropriate but you know make it not an issue the majority of the time. Provide places for them to put their bikes. Like an underground parking garage for them.
I went to college/I went to jail – ERNST & Jelly Roll ✌ thank me later Linus 😂
So, as a piracy enjoyer, i have to be more careful. Fuck me.
1:13:30 What is the color accuracy?
58:42 Can we get little man singing All By Myself. I don't think he will be forever alone, he would just sound good singing it.
57:11 I have The Mix Playlist on here. I have gotten on shuffle Sweet Talking Guy by the Chiffons, and next was Old Style by Rymdreglage. So a 60 love song followed by dubstep.
Look up high kings
Renew a mortgage? Aren't those like 20 or 30 year notes?
If that shirt was red instead of blue. I would have assumed you were about to die while beaming to a new planet.
Sabaton is amazing!
Whoa….. Just when I think income inequality can't get worse….. And LTT runs out of $600 usd backpacks
1:52:34 idk why they suing cox… cox actually acts on it… I received so many damn copyright letters from cox. Meanwhile when I switched to OEC fiber since it finally got turned on in my state and neighborhood a few years ago and nothing lol.
I'm sure when planning the expansion of more office space for logistics and staff was a decent choice at the time and was, but in retrospect feels a bit like painting the company into a corner when it comes to acquiring more real estate. Markets and times change, so keep looking ahead and don't give up.
1:59:00 as long as they throw out a lot of the unnecessary legacy bs I'm happy
My works warehouse isn't heated or cooled and we are in southern california so it gets 100 + degrees F in there during the summer.
13k revenue in MMs. The show pays for itself.
Resume 34:40
1:04:34 What the fuck is a boo-ey?
6:20 yes you have to have heat so the "devices" don't stop working, those devices really get grumpy when they get cold and then they want to unionize and blah blah blah.
His music taste is not that random
LINUS (LTT) why are you not using CoStar or LoopNet to look-up commercial real estate options. More options there! Colliers, JLL, CBRE are the largest competitors out there but have various portfolios of properties to look at.
One way to solve the lack of parking spots… just install those Japanese-style parking elevators. Think of the amount of content you can do with that.
Rarest LTT merch item is the gold controller.
I am surprised the ISPs haven't banded together to form some kind of lobby group to lobby congress for laws that say that ISPs aren't liable for the actions of their users and aren't required to disconnect customers purely on the basis of unproven allegations of copyright infringement.
World's most powerful golf simulator pc! Imagine the physics engine that could be run on some monstrous setup!
Complaining about not being able to find a new building while using another whole warehouse for badminton (shitty version of tennis) and lan gaming is wild
