Can't wait to upgrade my 3090 to a 5090.
Nvidia driver overhead is as recent as 3 years and 30 series. According to this latest Hardware Unboxed video 4060 and RX 7600 is reversed.
Can't watch anymore of the trash bore fest.
Gpus never had identical output. We regularly updated our golden reference images when I worked of gpu verification
Both these guys seem to be neutered, teeth pulled out. Like Nvidia gave them a stern talk to tell people what they should and should not think say or do. They are walking on egg shells. Very weak.
First thing I do is turn DLSS off– DLSS is on by defauly on MOST games. so saying the first thing they do is "turn it on" is false
Linus just said a ps5 pro has the equivalent of a 7800xt 💀💀 bruh how out of touch are you? It’s at best a 6800xt or 4060tj
Dumb demo of people shacking a mouse but not in a fps game with actual opponents. Input lag is real and pro gamers "feel" it.
37:15 lol nvidia drivers… Meanwhile the new control panel app update destroyed performance in some cases… Literally had a conversation with a friend before that news came out that i didnt update cos i didnt implicitly trust them
Bad microphones,, sound also like in a church,, ekko from room ,,
Frame gen is absolutely wrong but good for plastic people.
I don’t see a problem with frame gen if it improves visuals and performance, as long as it doesn’t have tons of artifacts is there really a difference?
For the pinball machine. Look at White Water, that one's cool
I’d pay a significant amount to take my mates on a yacht LAN experience
"People are looking so hard for a conspiracy"
There reason is because people have come to realize people with an incentive to make money usually have very little holding them back from screwing over people and lying to them. People do not trust anything anymore.
How is frame gin going to affect Bitcoin
Linus on tv LETS GOO
Linus, you’re going to crush “The Tonight Show”. I can’t wait to see you on Monday!
The "80% of RTX users turn on DLSS" figure can be a bit misleading in my opinion.
Ofc people will take the performance, when the cards that could handle higher resolution and detail on their own cost the equivalent of a used car. The Steam hardware survey shows people are using 3060 and 4060 cards and below in the majority of cases. I'm one those too so I can tell you that without DLSS many games are just not performant enough nowadays.
The optimization is often lackluster, the cards themselves don't pack enough of a punch. But buying something better means either going team Red and saying goodbye to CUDA and OptiX or spending an obscene amount of money on a graphics card.
The artifacts DLSS produces are terrible and developers use it as a bandaid for their terrible tech.
Image quality appears to be a little bit better in DLSS 4 but the tendency of modern gaming graphics to hinge on bandaids like DLSS and TAA for even somewhat playable framerates is super disappointing; especially with the transition from PS4 era to PS5. We were promised so much, and got so little instead.
I thought they flaked on calling it Boaty McBoatface and called it the Sir David Attenborough? They named like a mini-sub thing thats on board the actual ship Boaty McBF instead.
Shout to Lords of the realm! Goes way harder than it has any right too.
3:13:24 please do the gulfstream tour! My whole family would appreciate it so much!
I mean for real! My old man is a pilot, me and my sister love airplanes and obviously my mother married a pilot.
Give me one 1080p image, and i'll give you FOUR 2160p images in return.
