Ok about Bilet/Honey but what about the rest? Your reach extends to a great number of casual viewers who are not invested in this conflict. "Educate and entertain" is in the channel statement. The amount of "because Linus said that" i saw on a variety of things – people taking fact into topics that were covered incorrectly here is a concern. I think Steve just wanted you to be more responsible/accountable with the content considering the amount of influence. A fine line to walk, when is it entertainment and when is it educational? I'll give the channel another chance for now.

He NEVER investigate this angle. Igorlabs did a great investigation on this. Steve even attacked Igorlabs previously on his 4090 12vhpwr connector article. Steve mocked Igor findings. What do you know, we have 12V-2×6 now, with physical changes to the pins like one of Igor findings.
Steve is a coward and sensationalist. In his Asus AMD VSOC videos, he got it wrong, measuring the wrong VSOC voltage points and claimed Asus has not fixed it. We pointed this to Steve in many possible outlets. He chose to ignore it and never got back to us, never republish a corrected video. Never retracted his wrong conclusions, never retracted on his attacks on Asus. He is a fake altruism. His own GN store still uses Paypal!
GN is a great and information-rich channel. I like his videos because he appears to be a no-strings-attached true reporting channel. His videos are informative and also entertaining. I believe that his intentions in most cases are true and honest. But, and yes there is a but… He appears to be acting out like a child acting out to others who have more and better. Lindis Media has become successful in many avenues in the tech space, and it appears as if he envies this fact. If he spends his energy on creating more entertaining and info-driven videos, his channel will move upwards. I'm afraid this pettiness from his side will one day get him in hot water, as he tends to state incorrect facts that open up the channel for unwanted legal attention.
I don't say "smart TV" because most of them are freaking stupid.

Now that both LTT and GN fucked up in some way, I feel it is time for an amicable resolution. I watch GN and LTT for different reasons, they are so different yet try to serve the same community. I hope this will be resolved soon and maybe even a future collab. We are nerds, not lawyers here. U guys both have businesses to run I know, but this is the time to resolve this once and for all. I'll copy this to the other channel too.

Never stop fighting for yourself, even if your wrong! Its a right you have and always should do! It only wants to make me watch your content more. NGL I've been enjoying GamersNexus content too so I'm on neither side. But just know that standing up for yourself, no matter what is never wrong. It's crazy that nowadays you even have to explain why you are standing up for yourself before doing it. It's like many people lately completely lost their basic common sense. Attacking people for coming up for themselves instead of attacking them on what you think they did wrong is where cancel culture reached the bottom low and turned into trying to take away human rights and just being outright disgusting.
I would have added that there was a time when you could've called Steve not only a colleague but also a friend, and that he was the very first to notify you about the hacked channel. That every conflict that may arise is going to be faced in good faith, because with all the good history you guys have, you owe each other at least that much.
